I would like to share my experience with this Dental Office as a Quality Improvement measure for the Administrative team. Pros: 1. Prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and well groomed front line staff ( receptionist). 2. Shay (insurance verification) was very attentive ( active listener) addressed my concerns promptly when assisting with my insurance needs. 3. Upgraded, state of the art facility.Nicely decorated. Cons: 1. Staff introduction were far and few, of the 7 staff members i interacted with only (3) three greeted me with a smile and/or introduced themselves ( 1 - I had to ask them what there names were. 2- The dentist actually greeted me from behind while I was waiting in the dental chair facing the wall - instead of walking up to me to greet me face to face. When I bought it to his attention he was not apologetic. 3. The dental assistance who escorted me to the XR area was annoyed, inpatient and rude. I have a thing for sanitation and as the assistant was preparing to take a dental x ray I noticed she didnt change her gloves after cleaning off the dental device with an alcohol pad, place the plastic bag over the device and asked that I put my mouth on it, when I bought it to her attention she became defensive, and started addressing my concerns in an unprofessional manner ( I removed the original plastic she placed over the dental device that goes in my mouth and simply replaced it) and thereafter asked if it was positioned correctly. She stated well you should know , I dont know and ranted on. Ultimately, she called for another assistant to come and take the XR instead. 4. While awaiting for the dentist to exam me I notice the dental light utilized had dried sputum marks on the light. UGHH! 5. Music very loud in office area

They didnt make sure my mouth was completely numb. I literally felt him pulling my wisdom tooth. Then he asked me what I wanted to do?! Umm make sure I dont feel anything but pressure maybe?? His assistant was friendly then became annoyed like I was lying about feeling the procedure. As hes deadening my mouth shes commenting, "see you dont feel that," which was very irritating because I was... Moral of the story I didnt have a good experience and wont be returning!

I absolutely love this dentist office. I personally think they are most friendly professional one in town. All of their staff are friendly and treat you like family. Theres a playroom for children, Tvs for patients. I would highly recommend them.
