I really enjoyed all of my social interactions with the staff...everyone was very polite and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were very kind and did excellent work. I was looking forward to a long-term relationship with Dental Works. Unfortunately, although, I verified my costs and responsibilities with multiple parties and paid the portion I was told I owed I am now in collections and unable to continue much needed dental services. On my initial visit I was given a fee schedule and told there was a waiting period on certain services (I need extensive work). I made my appointments at that time but had to reschedule due to illness. I tried to reschedule a second time due to lack of funds and was quoted a different price than the last time I spoke to the office. It was lower, so I questioned the price, told the staff member the original quote and that I had originally been told there was a waiting period before my insurance would cover it. She said there was no wait and that what she quoted me was the price. I again mentioned the difference in price and waiting period and she said she would check with her manager. She came back to the phone and said that her boss said there was no wait and this new quote was correct. I kept my appointment. I had my services which were excellent) and even verbally questioned pricing three times while there. I paid what I was quoted, received my receipt plus updated fee schedule,scheduled my next appointment and left happily. Mysteriously, some weeks later I received a bill for an outstanding balance that I was COMPLETELY UNAWARE of. Turns out that there was confusion, mis-communication, incompetence, or deception on the administrative end and now I am stuck with a bill I can not pay and in desperate need of dental services!!

I have been going to DentalWorks for at least the last 10 years. I would recommend them and have recommended them to everyone I know. Very professional staff that also makes you feel comfortable, well cared for and cared about. Most of the staff have been there as long as Ive been using them which demonstrates the competency of their team. I enjoy catching up with them each and every time I need dental care. My doctor, Michael Luckett is the best and Im sure Doctor Celia Mimms is just as awesome. I rarely write online reviews but for them I am making an exception. If you need any kind of dental care, you would be remiss to overlook DentalWorks. They are located in the Rivercrest Shopping Mall so after you get your treatment you can drool your way thru Best Buy. Literally lol

I was kept waiting for 45 minutes while they called my insurance company. After having x-rays taken, the hygienist took a 2 second look at them and proceeded to tell me that I had bone loss. She then did a pocket test where the all of the numbers for three-quarters of my mouth were 1, 2 and 3. Then amazingly the last quarter numbers were 5, 6 or 7. She promptly said I needed a "deep cleaning." Wow! My insurance company covers that. I told her no and asked for a regular cleaning. She refused to give me that. I got up and left. I never saw the dentist. He might be a great guy, but the experience was unsettling to say the least.

Let me explain, I have more dental anxiety than anyone, and I had to have a root canal! And Dr. Lucketts "performace" was stellar! Five stars! Seriously though, I didnt feel pain at all during the procedure. His soft-spoken nature is very great; hes very in control, singing along with the radio, puts you at ease. You can tell a professional when you come in contact with one, and Dr. Luckett is the real deal! Also, post-root canal, I have no more pain or discomfort (my tooth was badly infected, too). I am so very happy with the work hes done, I could spend another hour writing up accolades! Bravo!

Ive avoided the dentist for years because I was afraid. But I am so fortunate to have found this dentist. Dr Luckett is really good at what he does and his entire staff is very helpful, friendly, and nice. They always answer any questions I have, and they have different payment options. They truly try to work with you and they set up a great treatment plan. I had a root canal, crown, deep cleaning, and a few cavities and it wasnt a painful experience.

Ive been going to Dental Work just under 6mts now and I couldnt be more impressed. The staff is so nice and helpful. There is a very warm and loving feeling in the office. Everyone is always in great spirits. The dentist has done several procedures on me and I have no complaints. He answered any questions I had. And provided solutions to my problems. I used to hate going to the dentist until someone recommended Dr. Luckett and Dental Works. I had no idea that a dentist office could be so professional and concise. Every time that I visit, every single staff member is kind and professional. They make going to the dentist a very positive experience for my daughter and I. We love Dr. Luckett, Antoinette and both hygenist; they take pride in our teeth.

Well If you need Oral surgery I do highly recommend Dr. Jason!! He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable in his Field and takes extremely well care of his patients. I also need to compliment his staff Everyone that I came in contact with treated me so well I do have to say Im extremely pleased with Delta dental!! Thank you everyone for such Great care!!

Dr. Luckett is a great dentist. Very friendly & professional. They got me in right away for an emergency toothache. The staff is also friendly and professional. They also offer Care Credit with zero percent interest for 12 months for people like me who do not have dental insurance. Ive been going here for about 6 years & I highly recommend this dentist office.

Dr Luckett made my experience better than Ive had with other dentist. He made sure I was well prepared before the extractions. The only thing I wish he did was explain what he was doing as he was going. He made sure to wait until the medicine kicked in and proceeded in a timely manner. Other dentist tend to not wait long enough for the medicine to kick in.

I had an abscessed tooth that had to be extracted. Dr. Luckett did an excellent job of extracting the tooth without pain. It is the first time my blood pressure has actually gone down instead of up before a procedure. He and his staff are very professional. He made me feel so relaxed, it is the most positive dental experience I have had.

I recently had two terrible visits with Dr. Mimms that resulted in a letter to the office. I am hoping that there is some resolve as she was initially a very good dentist. Im hoping this was a misunderstanding or shes just having a bad month. If not, Ill be finding a new dentist very soon.

I love this dentist office. The staff is all very friendly and professional & I am yet to have a bad experience here. My whole family has been going to this dentist for a years now and we hope to remain here for many more years. Also, Dr. Lucketts humming / singing is the best!
