Before you get any work done in the Chicago office, talk to your insurance about what doctors are in your plan, what services are covered, whats your deductible,whats your out of pocket. Get a copy and bring it with you if you have to. Dont leave this in the hands of the front desk, because they will tell you one thing and then come back and tell you something difference leaving you owing more than you can afford. Complain if you have to, it worked for me. Also, ask questions, find out if their are other options regarding certain procedures, get a second opinion, go someone where else. Remember, their way is not the only way. When it come down to it, their your teeth and its your money. DO WHATS BEST FOR SITUATION.

I broke a tooth recently and was looking around for local dental practices when I stumbled across Winterset. Along with the bonuses of being conveniently local, they were willing to help me in any way they could and were, in general, twice as appealing and friendly as any of my other options. With an open manner and genial, enthusiastic staff, it was easy to relax and put my trust (and teeth) in their care. The pricing was really great, too--everything cost pretty much exactly what I expected, and I felt completely confident that they werent overpricing their services. Id really recommend Winterset to anyone I know whos looking for a dentist.

I have been with Winterset dental for 10 plus years and I just want to say thank you for all the service that you have provided me. Thank you for working with me on financial matters. The staff is fantastic, respectful, and friendly.Dr Agrawal is awesome and so positive as are the others Dentist that I have encountered over the years that I have been a Winterset patient. They have always made me feel comfortable. They have always explained any procedure, no question is a small question they answered all of my questions whether I felt like its a stupid question or not. I just love winterset dental again Ive just want to say thank you.

I love how welcoming everyone is at Winterset. Ive always hated going to the dentist, therefore I would rarely make appointments. It wasnt until I needed a root canal that I was "forced" to find a new location. My mother received one of their advertisements in the mail and I decided to give them a try. I was super nervous, but Dr. George to great care of me. I literally felt no pain! Since then, Ive been back several times for other work and regular cleanings. I can tell that there is a genuine concern for my oral health. I would recommend anyone to check them out, even if its just for a consultation.

I have been coming to Winterset dental office on and off for maybe two to three years and I have never had a bad experience with them. I have no tolerance for pain but as we all know needles hurt no matter what but they are caring and gentle and they are very sympathetic with you. They explain everything to the fullest and make sure you understand before they even do the work. I bought my daughter today to get her teeth cleaned and found out she has cavities but she was scared at first and I told her they are awesome if I can take it I know that she can I recommend them highly.

I think the staff for the most part is good & nice. However I just feel that they always offer you the most expensive treatment versus a more affordable option. They made me feel as if money was most important over all. Still a good office, But I like to have options. I think thats the purpose of having a PPO plan in the first place.
