I use to go there at there old location on 95th st. And loved it.. Super friendly staff ...the Dr. Is awesome.First time going to new location and what a difference. I made the app. About a week and half ago and gave them all my new Ins. Info. I walk in to front desk and stand there looking at lady and shes just typing on computer and looks at me. I say I have a 1030 and she says OK and keeps doing stuff on computer. About a min later shes says shell be with me in a min. I stand there another minute and take a seat cause it was awkward. About 35 min later a lady and kid walk in and the staff is all friendly and they walk in back. Im like wtf.. I walk back to counter and they tell me they dont take my insurance and dont even give me option to pay myself ( I just have a chipped tooth and maybe he could just trim it straight) .. No sorry nothing.. End of story.. I use to recommend this dentist to everyone I knew.. And drove the extra 20min to go here when theres dentist 2 min from my house. Dissapointed in front desk and will never go back

Well for one my daughter Cameron got denied help cause she was crying from the pain of her cracked and rotten tooth they are extremely rude and dont care about their patients. My daughter is in so much pain if they cared about their patients so much she wouldnt be sitting here crying and some other stuff goes on there too. I would stay far far far away from that office. Its all fake. And someone got arrested in their office its a little fishy. I dont recommend anyone even my worst enemy to goj there. They try to do everything as cheap as possible but will bill your insurance for whatever they want. My children got billed when they were in school they cant be at the dentist and school at the same time. Good luck to anyone who goes there

I dont recommend this clinic. Im disappointed with the staff and dentist for their continuous ignorance towards a sick patient. Its time I spoke up and informed the public that this dentist isnt the best. The secretary cancelled my appointment because of the Cubs game-unprofessional if you ask me. When I called to re-schedule she told me to go find another dentist. What a joke! Not to mention, the dentist didnt do my root canal correctly and had to re-treat it, and STILL its not fixed. I figured the least I could do is inform you all of your decision to go here. Dont waste your time, money, and more importantly your health at this office. I recommend going to any other dentist who values loyal patients and has more professionalism.

Ive been coming to Dr Kostrubala since I was a little girl and now as an adult, coming to the dentist feels like visiting family. Coming in and being greeted by a sweet smile and a hug Im reminded how Dr Kostrubala and his wife Kelly are SO DEDICATED to their patients. After a super unfortunate cheerleading accident, Dr Kostrubala was right there ready to help me get back and even improve my smile so I was ready for pageant season to start. With their help, Ive been able to achieve my best perfect smile and will be forever grateful for their services! If youre looking for quality work and a family friendly environment then check this practice out!

I have always had fear of going to dentist-- but the professional staff at Dr. Craig Kostrubala DDS in Crestwood made me feel right at home! I had a wonderful PAIN-FREE experience! Dr. Craig was patient and considerate to explain my dental care options. I was comforted by that fact that I was being offered the latest and very best dental technology available to solve my problem. Moreover, I was overwhelmed to know that they offer dental financing and YES...cash discounts on many services! This was a BIG HELP! I would highly recommend this dentist office !

I was in town visiting family members, I had a horrible tooth ache. I was driving by and saw their sign and decided to walk in. They took me in right away! Even though I didnt have my insurance card on me they were able to go on the computer and track down my ID numbers. After doing a digital scan the doctor diagnosed me with needing a root canal. He had prescribed me antibiotics and something for the pain. He told me to follow up with my local dentist when I got back to Minnesota. They even emailed my digital images to my local dentist. They were so kind and I really appreciated their help!

After my 6 year old was "fired" by another dentist, Dr. Kostrubala was recommended by several friends. My son was BEYOND scared to get his cavity filled and I was certain this was going to be another nightmare. I waited in the waiting room, and within 20 minutes my sons cavity was filled and he was so proud of himself for not freaking out.. The dentity and staff talked to him about pokemon and it was an A+ experience for kid, mom and grandma. Everyone was awesome and would highly recommend, especially for scared children... Thanks to Dr. Craig..

I was hit by a drunk driver and no other specialist or dentist or jaw doctor would see me granted my jaw was broke all my front teeth were cracked mashed missing ECT.... Worst case and I had no insurance and he still was the only one to take me in all the other dentists that I went to would not see me or help me. My tmj is out of control he has given me a bite guard and has restored my smile and I feel beautiful and I am now no longer in pain. He is the most gentle dentist I have been to. I thank God for him and his talent.

Dr. Craig is the most awesome dentist in the world! It took me years to find the perfect dentist. I have always been scared of the dentist and would wait until I had to go because I was in so much pain...I even fall asleep during root canals because he is so good at what he do...I highly recommend Dr. Kostrubula! Any dental service that we have needed over the years has been a breeze whether its a root canal, extraction, or my mothers new teeth.
