DO NOT COME HERE. Some of the Chiro One Wellness Centers are worth visiting but this place tries to take advantage of you just as they tried with my wife. They lied to my wife that she couldnt cancel and kept her from changing her service package even though she asked multiple times to do a different plan. When I called Dr. Loyal and the manager Benjamin, they LIED to me about their cancellation policies and gave me the runaround with other numbers to call. I instead called other Chiro One locations to find out the truth. Once I confronted Benjamin in person at the South Loop Chiro One, he began to contradict himself and Dr. Loyals previous statements. However, my wife was then magically allowed to cancel. This place needs to stop taking advantage of people. Its obvious theyre attempting to scam people and insurance companies. BCBS needs to take a closer look into this center.

I love the location of this practice. Its very convenient and next to a lot of other businesses. You can park in the parking lot and take care of your shopping after getting adjusted. Also, the atmosphere is very soothing and therapeutic. Everyone in here has positive vibes from the staff to the patients. The staff is super friendly. Dr. Loyal is awesome at adjustments. My first adjustment by Dr. Loyal was a big relief. As soon as I got off the table, I felt great. My brain couldnt turn off. I was up until 4am. Its as if my nerves were alleviated from pressure. The first adjustment helped grandly. I feel better.

I spend over $1,500 out of my pocket with the promise they will take care of my lower back pain problem, After a couple moths of treatment (twice a week) I still have no improvement ! Money back? of course Not. So I still have my back problem but not my $1,500 ! Lisa is a sweet pie and her team is very kind and helpful, but the bottom line is I got screwed up by this company

Dr. Loyal Nelson is fantastic! The staff is friendly and incredibly personable! After 6 weeks of my 12 week plan my upper and lower back and neck pin are almost completely gone. Absolutely well worth ever cent! I was always a little skeptical of chiropractic work but after experiencing it Im all in on the treatment. Thanks team!

Dr. Loyal is a great doctor!!! The staff is really friendly!!! The equipment is in great shape! After one adjustment you cant stop going! Lol
