This place constantly cancels your appointments without telling you. There is no professionalism. Ive had to complain before about insensitive bedside manner and rudeness on the phone, but the real problem is CONSTANTLY rescheduling and not communicating. Ive had my kids come here taking the day off of work and get here and they say we tried to call you. The girl then admits that she has dyslexia and maybe put the phone number in wrong. Then I am on my way driving and 30 minutes before they call to cancel. Today I arrive after already taking Valium for the procedure and I get there and they are not there. Door locked. Finally the guy says well we tried to call you and text you. But the text confirmed the appointment not cancelled it. Bottom line, they always cancel and they have no real consideration for what people have to go through to get their appointments. I had taken the entire day off of work today and now Im just screwed. I hate this place. Ive told them to cancel me as a patient.

They try to sell you services, tell you that you HAVE to have the cancer screening but your insurance doesnt pay! Their staff is terrible. 1st put in the temporary crown wrong- came back with the same extreme pain 2 days later, permanent crown didnt fit, they placed it anyway after 2 different girls trying - 4 months later it broke. They wanted to charge me for another crown!! I complained but will never go back! Crowns are supposed to last years not months!

3 Strikes and youre out! 1--ordered crown wrong color, 2) canceled appt WITHOUT contacting me, 3) send me the wrong form TWICE 4) did not transfer records to my dentist as requested in writing. Evidently they believe their time is more valuable than yours. Poor poor poor.

Today was my first and only visit. I went into this office for a regular cleaning. I was being sold multi services and was not able to do a cleaning unless I spoke with the Business Team to discuss all of these services. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
