I dont understand all the bad reviews im seeing for this place. I chipped my tooth at work and ended up here a little concerned. I thought the paperless check in was nice and the receptionist was very polite to me. The Dentist Dr. Chang even came out quickly in the waiting room to make sure he could help me, he was very nice and re assuring and made me feel comfortable. They took all my insurance information and I had a total in writing telling me what the insurance was estimated to cover. Im not sure how long I waited but there were 2 or 3 people ahead of me maybe 30 minutes or so. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and when I got to the exam room I remember thinking how everything looked clean and still had the blue covers all over. I was a bit over whelmed with the choices and what to do but I was guided by a really nice guy very well and everything was explained to me as in depth as I asked for with no frustration. When going to any business I like to feel like im in the hands of people whom know their occupation and dont expect me too. They understood I was nervous and everyone made me feel great Dr. Chang made sure I was numb before proceeding and I felt nothing. I wish I could remember all their names, but I was a bit distracted but the very nice lady that came in after they finished the root canal to put in my fillings and rebuild my tooth made a masterpiece, I know I will be getting a crown later but this temporary she has constructed looks just like my old tooth, that seems to be quite an art. I have no complaints about this place I am planning on going back for other work. I cant see why all the 1 stars except I didnt use any financing and I was there for more than pain meds. Maybe they have stepped it up i dont know but Ive never had such a positive dental experience i felt i needed to share it. I still have a couple of visits left to finish up reconstructing my tooth so well see if they keep up the good work.

Had a dental emergency in Decemeber that required me to find a dentist on Sunday. I was very fortunate to find an office in my neighborhood. I went in to seek emergency treatment and the office staff were wonderful. I decided to see the course of treatment through with this office since I had a pleasant experience. Upon my third visit, I was made aware that due to my insurance coming back offering more coverage than originally thought. I had a large (over $300 credit) sitting on my account. The patient coordinator gave me the card for the billing department and instructed me to call them to have this refunded. I called and left a message with an answering service and was told Id get a call back within 48 business hours. No call, no message. Nothing. I tried to call again and dealt with a rude representative who rambled through instructions and hung up on me. I referred to the email on the card and sent an email explaining the situation and experience with the representative being rude. Get an automated response that I will hear from someone within 48 business hours. Again, nothing. I keep my phone with me on my desk at work so I am available for a call and see my personal emails. These people have made zero attempt to reach out as promised. I went to have another service in my treatment plan done this past weekend and the money was frozen on there as well - they wouldnt even let me use it toward treatment. While the staff at this particular location are wonderful, there are other business practices in this organization that are not the least bit customer friendly Unless you want your money held up in limbo, go somewhere else!

After reading the reviews for ImmediaDent, I was very hesitant to visit this practice. I’ve never written a review for anything, but my experience was so unlike the other reviews that I feel obligated to share. I went to ImmediaDent after having a tooth extracted by another practitioner. In the week following the extraction the pain became unbearable. My regular dentist seemed unconcerned and didn’t seem to think anything was wrong and would do nothing for it. Finally the pain became so unbearable that I decided to give ImmediaDent a try. I am so glad that I went. It turns out I had something called dry socket. They were able to fix me up in no time really. Sure I waited for a bit, but for a walk in dental practice where I didn’t even have to make an appointment, I kind of expected as much. Just bring a book or watch the TV, it’s not so bad. My whole experience was great. The staff was friendly and professional, the office clean, and the waiting room very comfortable. When I first arrived one of the assistants was actually sitting on the floor with a patient’s young child, playing with her and keeping her entertained so the patient could get some work done. A saw a gentleman come in who could not find his insurance card, but they worked with him to get the information they needed so that he could be seen. And they offered the remote to the TV so that we could pick what we wanted to watch while waiting. Most importantly, they were able to resolve my problem when my regular dentist couldnt. I had a great experience, and since they also take appointments and do routine dental checkups, I plan on making this my primary dental provider.

I went to Immediadent because of an old filling that had fallen out and taken some tooth along with it. Being the procrastinator that I am, I waited until it really started to hurt to do anything about it, and thought, "Well, at least there I can just walk in and get the problem taken care of quickly. They went to school for dentistry, how bad could it be?" The answer: terrible. I was a new patient, so I had to fill out medical history forms, and I listed my allergy to a certain antibiotic. The receptionist asked me about allergies and I told her about it as well. When I got in to see the dentist, he spoke to me for maybe 3 minutes, he talked 100 miles an hour, his eyes kept shifting and looking over my shoulder, and his pupils were huge and he made sniffing noises at least twice in those 3 minutes. He honestly looked like he was high on drugs. Maybe not, but regardless he was not very personable. Anyways, he too asked me about allergies, and I told him of the antibiotic Im allergic to. So what did he do? After Id told him and his receptionist verbally and written on my forms that Im allergic they gave me an antibiotic in the same family. I didnt know it was virtually the same drug, and had the pharmacist at Kroger not caught it, who knows what would have happened to me. On top of that, they took their sweet time getting it changed to something that wont potentially kill me, so Ive been suffering with the pain and worrying about the dangers of prolonging the infection. Needless to say, Ive made an appointment elsewhere to have my root canal done, and I suggest that you do the same, for any dental procedure.
