I have been a patient of Dr. Shrallows for over five years. He is such a nice guy and always takes the time to go over any treatment that needs to be done and why it needs to be done; also, he even has evening hours so I can come after work. I continue to be amazed at the technology he has at his office; so different than the dentist I used to go to when I lived in Cleveland. In addition, his staff always make my visits enjoyable. Damon (my hygienist) did a wonderful job at my last cleaning and was very gentle. Thank you for always making going to the dentist something to look forward to!

After a co-worker and my family had several problems with our previous dentist and staff, I was cautious in choosing a new dental provider. I found Dr. Shrallow and all of his staff to be of the utmost in excellent patient care, customer service and modern dental techniques. Dr. Shrallow always explains what my exact dental needs may be and why; and his staff provides an exact cost of any needed work before hand. His dental assistants and hygienists are the best.

The outsider

My first time experience here was great. The workers from when you walk in till you sit down are always so nice.when you take a seat in the chair in the back they have a tv you can watch as they work on your teeth which is great. The dentist helped me understand what he had to do as well as give me very useful tips and the dentists assistant did her job very well. They helped me smile more throughout my day and I would HIGHLY recommend this place

I chipped a front tooth, and my day was ruined! I called Pataskala family dental on the recommendation of a colleague, and my smile was saved! The staff was kind and they really made an effort to get to know me, make sure I understood the procedure and get my tooth fixed. I enjoyed the people even in a stressful situation and cant thank them enough! And I cant even tell it was ever chipped! Nice job all!

I would have to say this is the best Dental office experience I have ever had, staff is very friendly, Dr. Shrallow took the time to talk to me and look at me, not just walk in for 30 seconds and stare at a clipboard, everything was very well explained, my appointment was at 3pm and I got taken back at 3pm not 3:30 or 4:00. I felt treated like a person. Very highly recommend!
