From the minute I walked in the door I was blessed with a beautiful,immaculate and professional building. The receptionist was a darling soul and also a beautiful young lady. She was extremely helpful sharing information about all the procedures they offered. The doctor explained exactly what she was going to do to remove my troubling brown spots and even let me feel the freezing technique a little before we actually got started so I would be prepared. She was fast and efficient and the discomfort was minimal. Her at home instructions were clear and simple to do. I was told if the results of the process wasnt to my satisfaction to please return and it would be taken care of. The front office, the exam and treatment rooms were all clean and very sanitary feeling. I was confident just being in the place. My brown spots healed and disappeared in a few weeks. I couldnt be happier. I will definitely go back for any dermatology concerns I have in the future. Evans is my go to place for beautiful and healthy skin.

Fantastic! I dont write reviews but these ladies today really provided fantastic care. There were quick and kind but at the same time thorough. I was so impressed when they called me later in the day to ask if I wanted to come back in because they forgot to look at a beauty mark I had on my neck. Their character and professionalism really shown when they calmed their mistake. Also later that day it turns out my insurance didnt cover my medication at the HEB so they spent 15 minutes on the phone with me setting me up with discount cards and new online pharmacies that would offer me the lowest rates for my prescriptions. I have been going to a derm PA in CA for 7 years now and really feel as though I found a little gem in the middle of central TX. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing care. Stephanie Jones

Had an appointment today with Venessa Peña-Robichaux, MD. The check-in process was easy, staff was friendly, wait time was decent/tolerable. Very nice office in Kyle. My complaint is one thing: I dont think this doctor listened to anything I was saying. When trying to explain my condition, I felt like she was rushing to cut me off with an answer -- to a question I hadnt even asked. I really feel like I wasted my time today. I was given a very brief visit with the provider, in which she mostly talked to hear herself talk. I repeated myself numerous times about my ailment, to which she didnt address my concerns. Im sorry but she wouldnt get my business again -- a different doctor would.

As a cancer surviver it is important to me that I spend ample time with my medical team discussing each and every concern I have. Dr.Venessa Peña-Robichaux and her team took the time to get to know me and my medical history. Coming from another dermatologist where I felt like just a number in their busy office, it was a relief to join this well organized, competent, and professional office. The only issue I had was the temperature of the room and the use of paper gowns. They should use cloth gowns (to save paper and add comfort) but may in the future they will implement this. All of the staff was super nice! The location was easy to find. My visit was a little bit of an emergency but I was a new patient and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to fit me in. Dr. Evans was very calm and took the time to explain what I had. I really appreciated Dr. Evans taking the time to address each of my concerns, I felt like she really cares about her patients. I knew I was in good hands. The nurse even printed out some additional information for me to read about my condition. I would recommend Dr. Evans to everyone.

I cant remember the last time I was in a medical environment that was so awesome. Every staff member was caring and attentive and the doctor was phenomenal. My appointment was actually scheduled pretty far out, but doctors scheduled opened up and I was called in weeks earlier. This was just a 5 star rating because there isnt a 10 star..Thanks Dr. Pena and staff!

Venessa Peña-Robichaux was awesome. Very pleased with her standard of care and also SOO impressed with her bedside manner. My pre-school age son was very nervous about his visit and she put him at ease during the exam and subsequent procedure. Could not recommend this doctor more, will definitely be back for any further dermatology needs!

Dr. Pena took care of my need but didnt even say hi or introduce herself when she came in the exam room or before she started asking what my problem was. Neither did the nurse who was with her. Disappointed by lack of common courtesy. Will return to see her, but only because its close to my house.
