Treated at same facility with Dermatologist Sauceda after Dermatologist Gonzales retired. Dr Sauceda was excellent during the times I was treated (couple years) unfortunately my yearly appointment was upcoming & I called in to see if an earlier visit was possible but they advised none. Then weeks later before my yearly appointment their office personnel called me to state they have had no coverage under my insurance carrier but never realized until now. I tried asking if & when they expected to get coverage again & in the meantime let me know what a walk in charge would be until they get coverage back.... but they just kept bouncing me around to other administrators having to repeat myself over again (30minutes) until I just asked to leave a message for the doctor because it seems there administration is running customers away because they had no answers to any questions nor other possible referral Dr until Dr Sauceda got coverage again. Literally was forced to find another Dermatologist who wasnt as thorough as Dr Sauceda. My iPhone calendar reminded me of my Dr Saucedas annual appointment they canceled, so I decided to call Dr Saucedaa office again to see if they found out any further info, instead I got the same administrative run around passing me up the ladder to a lady who just seemed to be reading what transpired the last time they cancelled my appointment. I mentioned I was calling to see if they knew any more info on updating their carriers coverage or walk in price but nobody seemed to know anything except what transpired in the past. So I left another message again for Dr Sauceda. A week later I get a call from their office chief administrator, he identified as Dr Saucedas husband. I told him the same scenario thinking he & the Dr might want to know what their administrations like from a customers perspective but he mentions Dr Saucedas kept from the administrative details to concentrate on medicine. I asked the same past questions & he had nothing new to offer & didnt mention a walk in price. I mentioned it didnt seem theyre accommodating customers concerns & mentioned Im used to speaking with my Doctor. Instead I realized he likely didnt want to let his wife Dermatologist known his administrative oversight doesnt seem competent sheltering good Drs from their administration failures running away patients. Evidently, he didnt want to listen to any customers poor administrative experience & hung up on me! Wow. Get this... he calls me back a few days later & identified himself where I said " your the guy that hung up on me & why calling customers back after his abuse. I mentioned I didnt want to speak again where he finally got to squeeze in that he found out they will be getting coverage back in a few more weeks... I mentioned ... see how easy our last conversation could have been with professionalism instead he hung up on me... I mentioned because of his past lacking performance on Customerservice & hanging up on me that unfortunately I wouldnt be visiting Dr Sauceda again ... well needless to say, he hangs up on me again... consistent unsympathetic unprofessionalism coming from the good Drs Administrative nightmare. These ratings are very important being significant enough for customers to spend time to share their experiences with others. Maybe its just me but after reviewing the other poor ratings I think most could assume it may not be the good Drs fault its poor Administration in my situation. Good luck all.

I love this place! The office staff and nurses are so nice! I have to bring my baby with me to appointments, and they have no problem with that. In fact, they all cant get enough of the baby! I was seen about 30 minutes late, but I feel like this is typical for most doctors offices, so I try and plan accordingly. I spent most of my time with a Nurse Practitioner, but I did meet with Dr. Sauceda for a few minutes. Despite this, I was able to get all of of my questions answered and I didnt feel rushed at all. The NP and Dr. Sauceda were both very nice. I will definitely continue to go here for all my dermatology needs!

Do NOT come to this doctor unless you have useless hours to spare. This is my third and last trip to this office. The doctor herself is good enough. However I have waited over an hour and a half (closer to 2 hours!!!!) EVERY time Ive had an appt just to see the doctor for a few minutes. I always show up 15-30min early just to wait an extra 2 hours. I have a job and kids. I have worked in medical offices and I understand that sometimes you get pushed back but it is the norm here. I do NOT understand scheduling patients when youre consistently pushed back over an hour and a half. It is such a desrespectful practice.

I was very disappointed when I went to the doctor office today. I scheduled this appointment and an additional appointment 3 weeks ago. I was told that I did not have an appointment . Clearly, the office staff failed . There have been issues with long waits, 30 minutes past appointment time. I was a private pay patient . Now I am seeking a new doctor . My time is extremely valuable and hearing a new excuse why I cannot be see on time or at all has come to an end. I recommend choosing a different Dermatologist.

I am so sad to see hear that a doctor Ana Trevino Sauceda is SO COLD AS ICE TO HER CUSTOMERS, she doesnt have a heart, I guess being a doctor got to her head, she says she is a specialist, but yet She wanted to send to to someone else, for my Pyrogenic Granuloma, she said its not Cancer your not going to die from it, I personally will NOT EVER GO BACK AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

My sister had a bad rash and called Sauceda Dermatology. Lilly was able to schedule her to see a physician on Monday. Was seen by Dr. Sauceda, who was wonderful. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Montes, who was also wonderful. Would highly recommend their practice.

Both staff and physician were efficient and friendly. Wait for service was minimal. Removal of a suspicious mole was relatively painless. Dr. Sauceda fully explained her exam and readily answered questions. Highly recommend this physician.
