Our experience was radically different than the other reviews. First of all, we have been to another chiropractor in town and their care always centered on the patients well being. Premier Wellness came highly recommended from a trusted friend so we thought we would give them a try. They tried to sell us a package of 36 treatments for $40 per treatment; they do not accept health insurance. Since I was unwilling to prepay for 36 treatments, we were charged $50 per treatment. Dr. Ron said we would know if the adjustments were working after approximately 3 -4 weeks at 3 adjustments per week. So based on Dr. Rons experience, my son should have known if treatments were working after 9-12 adjustments (treatments). After about 14 adjustments my son wanted to discontinue treatment and actually felt like he was getting worse. I encouraged him to continue for another week and on the 17th visit I went in with my son. I listened to my son tell Dr. Ron how his back and neck were tighter now than when he started treatment. Instead of listening to his patient and how he was feeling and accepting that the treatment protocol wasnt working, he suggested doing a second (first one completed during initial evaluation) heat sensing scan for $150. I was sitting there dumbfounded wondering how a $150 scan would somehow convince my son that he was actually feeling better. Is this what you call patient centered care? We left the office on 9/25/16 after 6 weeks of treatment (15 adjustments total) without any indication that we would never return. As of 11/2/2016, we have never been contacted about why we stopped treatment or how my son is doing. We never complained or gave any indication we were dissatisfied, and they NEVER followed up to see why we stopped going. Does that sound like patient centered care? My son is an athlete and therefore susceptible to overuse injuries and is experiencing several conditions suggestive of nerve compression. He has never experienced these problems before so I have my doubts about the treatment he received at Premier Wellness. We will be getting an EMG to determine his injuries and hopefully the cause. Buyer Beware!

We absolutely love the chiropractors and office staff at Premier Wellness Chiropractic! They are kind, flexible with scheduling and super knowledgeable. We live 1.5 hours away yet chose this office for my 8 month old daughter. We first brought her in when she was 6 months old and I wish I would have brought her in sooner. I think we could have avoided a lot of issues if I would have known about it earlier. My daughter had horrible colic, never slept, had sensory issues, torticollis and a flat head. For the torticollis, I tried bringing her to outpatient PT prior to this but the stretches were not working. After about 2 adjustments at Premier Wellness, we started seeing a huge difference in her neck and her overall fussiness decreased. After a few more adjustments, her neck looked normal with no more tilt and she was MUCH happier and calmer. She even started sleeping better after a few weeks. She is much less off the "gas pedal." I chose to come to this practice even though it was so far away because they are Pediatric certified and specialize specifically in pediatric neurological problems. I felt comfortable with Dr. Ron, Dr. Sadie and Dr. Jen right away. At each visit, I always had a bunch of questions and concerns and they were always so patient with me. I wish we lived closer because I would bring her in as often as possible. My husband and I are so thankful to them!

I cant say enough WONDERFUL things about PWC! Their staff is knowledge, friendly, and they genuinely care about each of their patients. I started going to PWC for my prenatal care. Dr. Ron helped my pregnancy go smoothly through special adjustments so that my baby was in the right position. He talked me through what changes my body was going through and made sure that I was adjusted correctly so that I could have the best possible birth for both myself and my baby. He gave me stretches and nutrition guidelines to aid in the overall pregnancy. I can honestly say that I had an AMAZING pregnancy because of him and my baby was in the correct position for all of my third trimester! I highly recommend PWC for any woman who is trying to conceive, is pregnant, or who wants to have a healthy lifestyle after giving birth! These guys rock!

I cant praise the Drs and staff at PWC enough for what they do each day. We came to them several months ago...we were very skeptical but also we were scared and desperate for help with our son who has sensory processing issues. They were a Godsend, through their guidance and care my son has completely changed. He has been healed to a degree I can hardly quantify with words. As a result our entire family of five including my other two children who dont have special needs all now go to PWC to maintain our health and wellness. We use their chiropractic care as our first line of defense against any health issues that arise. Most of all, these folks are now like family, I know they really care about our family and they are truly invested in the lives of their patients. They are difference makers!

I suffered horrible dizziness for months to the point that I couldnt get out of bed. After trying a numerous amounts of different antibiotics I realized medicine wasnt the answer and I needed results from some other source. Luckily I knew someone that told me about Premier Wellness and the amazing things they accomplished. I am happy to say that my dizzy spells are gone and now even when I begin to even get a little cold it seems to go away quickly. They not only helped me but are the sweetest bunch of doctors and staff. I have never walked in to their office and felt anything but welcomed and comfortable. Everyone should go check them out....you wont be disappointed!!!

PWC is an amazing group of people. We have had the privilege of seeing Dr. Ron, mostly, and seen impeccable changes in our 4 month old. Initially our little girl was crabby, inconsolable, and wouldnt sleep more than 2 hours at a time. As a parent, how frustrating to see your child so uncomfortable. After researching chiropractic and looking into PWC, I knew as a mom its was the place. From day 1, PWC welcomed us with open arms and have made a huge impact on my daughters life. She is now a smiley, giggly, lovable baby girl who is content with life now. Better yet, she sleeps through the night now. I highly recommend PWC as they really are a life changing group of Dr.s...

We started coming here in February 2015 when we heard about Dr. Ebel and about how chiropractic can help seizures. My son suffered a TBI and was suffering 60 seizures a day. After going for a month we were down to 35 with no change in medication. By April 16 we were completely seizure free and its now been almost 7 months of no seizure activity and the progress our son has made is amazing. We were given hope and given our baby boy back. Everyone there is amazing and truly cares about their patients. I wouldnt recommend people anywhere else.

Dr. Ron, Dr. Jen, and Dr.Tony are my go to for health with my entire family....They are highly educated in pediatrics and provide us tons of information and suggestions to keep our family healthy. We trust in their care completely and they got me through two pregnancies comfortably and my kids have been getting checked by them since birth! I feel confident that those doctors have our best interest at heart and work hard and with passion to keep my family of 5 healthy from the inside out:)
