I absolutely love coming to La Casita. Everyone I have met there has been extremely helpful as well as professional. Its so easy feeling comfortable in this office as it is in a residential location where the ambiance is amazing, relaxing and luxurious. If you are wanting an appointment the staff is more than happy to schedule you for what ever treatment you need. I felt that they truly cared about my medical concerns while making me feel at ease by answering all my questions. Dr. Bucay is a board certified dermatologist for many years, she is very knowledgeable about the newest treatments and technology. She is so personable with all of her patients and I really felt her passion for dermatology and skin wellness. I truly recommend Dr. Bucay and her team for any medical or cosmetic concerns you might have.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bucays for almost 8 years now. At a time in my life when I had no self esteem because of horrible adult acne, she took me in even when she wasnt seeing new patients. I had priorly taken 3 different rounds of Accutane, endless forms of antibiotics and I couldnt tell you how many tubes of different topical medication. She did a thorough review of my acne history, and ended up putting me on the most natural regimen with no harmful medications or topical treatments. I now simply manage my skin with chemical peels and over the counter cleansers and toners, and have never felt better about myself. Dr. Bucay understands and cares about your feelings and wants to help. She does not give up on finding solutions and I am forever indebted to her and her professional team. Thank you!

Im a long time patent and have seen Dr. B for medical-dematological issues as well as cosmetic needs. She has always been kind, attentive, and responsive to my needs. Her staff is personable and works hard to get you in and out in a reasonable time frame. The office staff made sure I got in to see Dr. Bucay the very same day I called in need of treatment for an emergency allergic reaction...when my primary care doctor was too booked to see me for days. The waiting room is always full, because the standard of care is outstanding. Liz and Melanie are wonderful and always make sure I get what I need and and not more than is necessary. Ive referred Dr. B to family members and friends who now are loyal patients. Ill never see another dermatologist but Dr. B!

I have been a patient of hers for several years now. Dr. Bucay is very professional and personable at the same time. She is HIGHLY regarded in San Antonio and elsewhere as one of the very best in cosmetic dermatology. Her office staff is kind and personable as well, always there to try to accommadate your needs. As the saying goes...you get what you pay for and you surely do with Dr. Bucay. The results from botox and restalyne are amazing (I get compliments all the time from friends and family). As for the cost...it is within the going rate and noone at the office pushes you into the treatment, afterall YOU are in control and can speak up...do your homework BEFORE you go so that you know what to expect.

Dr. Bucay is a brilliant and caring doctor, she listens to her patients and addresses their concerns. Shes been treating me for a few years with Dysport and just recently filler. Ive never looked better and I trust her completely. You walk out of her office feeling like a celebrity, the energy is amazing. The office staff at both locations are always warm and courteous. I particularly love the fact that shes on top of the game with her continued education. This is a great, warm environment and I would recommend it highly.

I visited Dr. Bucay for the first time yesterday for filler. My friend is a medical professional has always done my injections but I moved to San Antonio and needed to find someone local. Dr. Bucay comes highly recommended from several doctors back home (Michigan). I could not have been more pleased with her professionalism, artistic eye, knowledge, and warmth. Trusting someone with your face is not an easy decision nor one to be taken likely, but Dr. Bucay gained mine on my first visit. Her entire staff was outstanding!

Do not go to her, she will just try to get as much money from you as she can. Shell recommend expensive procedures that will make ur skin worse. Had fraxel done, she did it too strongly, it caused hyper-pigmentation when she said it would not. Later I could only see her PA, as shes just too busy to see her patients, and her PA said no, we cant do fraxel it WILL cause hyper-pigmentation. Ugh :( Stay away.

Dr. Bucay is WONDERFUL!!! I had several questions regarding the "liquid facelift". She is very knowledgable and professional. She answered all questions and when I was ready she injected fillers and when I asked her about Botox she said, "No, you dont need it now." I was shocked. Here is Dr. that does not take advantage of the patient. I will definately return to Dr. Bucay. Shes fabulous.

I cannot say enough nice things about the nurse assistant and staff at the pleasant Monte Vista cottage location. I scheduled an appointment, got text reminders, and was seen quickly once I arrived. After the first visit, I was scheduled for a follow-up for evaluate and for me to voice any concerns. I was very pleased with the the interest and involvement of my health.

Needs better management when doctor isnt in. Staff may be qualified to do certain things but fails to provide that professional service one expects from a clinic. Plus staff is in desperate need of sensitivity training. I hope this can be corrected since Ive only heard great this about the Doctor and would want thus type of service to stay in the area.

Dr. Bucay talks to me, addresses my concerns, and has a fabulous sense of aesthetics. She also checked for cancer, removed a wart, and gave me lots of sun safety advice. Her staff is courteous and prompt at returning phone calls. If there is a wait, I am offered water and there is plenty to read. The ambience is relaxing and charming.

Dr. Bucay is very personable. She and her staff are very friendly and professional. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. All that service comes at a price but if you can afford her you will be in excellent hands. Dr. Bucays forte is cosmetic dermatology and I believe her to be the best in the area.

I adore Dr. Bucay! She handles everything from very serious medical conditions to the latest, greatest and least invasive treatments for skin problems from acne to aging. Her staff is super and the ambiance is lovely. The consummate professional in a relaxed and very welcoming building. All I can add is MORE STARS.
