Very negative experience; I felt I was not properly advised on the cost of the procedure I received (Voluma), and the procedure itself was painful and caused significant swelling and bruising, with negligible results. I have had good experiences here in the past but was very disappointed with my most recent visit, and will not return.

I love the office staff. Everyone is courteous and efficient. Dr. Abassi listens to my concerns, is up on all current research on treatments, and does not push prescriptions or product. My only wish would be to have more hours after 4:15 pm.

Staff has been great! They very clearly explain the medications and always try to provide you with samples before having you purchase a prescription. They also shop around to help you find the cheapest provider for your prescriptions.

I called to see what ins they take and the receptionist not very friendly; in fact, she hung up without saying buy. I do not no the doctor, but your receptionist gave you this 3 star. They need to be more friendly.
