Dont judge this place too quickly. I had trouble finding the place.This office was on the second floor.The building is... awful. The layout is confusing and a bit uneasy. The front desk staff is a little bit unprofessional, talking about their phones and gossiping, being a bit short with the patients. They werent rude to us, and I dont mind that they were talking to each other, but I was hoping theyd be more friendly. It isnt a huge deal because obviously we werent there to see them. The doctor was the most important part. In our experience he doesnt just walk in and out, he really talks to you. He cares about what youre dealing with and will recommend a doctor if he isnt the right fit. He also said that he would call us instead of setting up a follow-up because we lived so far away. Despite the problems, Id go to him again. Its hard to find doctors that will actually listen to you and find the best fit for YOU not just what they assume, this doctor was perfect with that. In conclusion, dont take it personally with the staff, the doctor seems worth it.

Dr Baird is really good. I had a odd cluster of bumps on my lower leg and my MD sent me to another Dermatologist that was horrible, he sent me to a neurologist which was a huge waste of time and money. I asked my MD to give me a referral to a better dermatologist which is when I went to see Dr Baird. He was really good and took a lot of time to explain to me what I have, how we were going to treat it and what series of medications we would use. He even went and got a book and showed me photos of what it looks like untreated! Very personable and takes a lot of time with you. He was correct in everything he told me and the meds that he prescribed work great.

This doctor was great. He let me tell him the whole story of what was going on and was able to tell me exactly what the problem was even though a couple of other doctors had told me something different. He was absolutely right and was very pleasant and personable and I would definitely go back and recommend him to other people seeking a dermatologist. As someone who works at a hospital and works with a lot of doctors, he is one of the greats.

Ive been a patient here for about 4 years, and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff is really nice, and appointments are 90% on time, and the doctor is really great. He doesnt over prescribe/offer unneeded treatments, and he is really just a nice guy. 10/10, 100% recomended.
