I had my first appointment with Buckeye Dermatology this week and had a great experience. Compared to other practices I have been to, this place was above and beyond great. Dr. Carlson made me feel very comfortable, as did Jennifer who helped explain how to use the lotion they recommended and how to clean the site of a mole they removed to test. I will be back for future visits and I will tell my friends to go here, just like a friend told me to come here!

this was a horrible experience thus far. I accepted that the script could not be filled for insurance reasons but when I called Buckeye dermatology back for help the call was answered by an RN Jan, a rude, insensitive nurse who apparently hates her job. I think the staff at Buckeye Dermatology could take an extensive course in bedside manner to improve their practice. Until then I will not be returning to this place of business for future issues.

Excellent office and very proactive when it comes to treatment. Dr. Carlson is exceptional, listens well, and communicates with details and rationale. The office and support staff are great and always answer our questions as if were the only customers that count. And wait times are rare...I think Ive only waited about 10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time once out of a few dozen appointments over the years.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Buckeye Dermatology in Dublin. The staff was rude, billing was disorganized, and even the office manager was unpleasant to speak with. I will never be returning to this office and I recommend that you take your business elsewhere as well. They clearly do not have an appreciation for customer service or satisfaction.

Buckeye Dermatology is great! Dr. Julio Cruz found a spot on my back while examining me for an itchy rash. The spot turned out to be early melanoma. Dr. Cruz saved my life and he made my rash better too! Dr. Michael Chen did wonders for my Daughters acne. The staff was really nice too. Thank you Buckeye Dermatology!

Dr. Cruz is such a great person, kind, funny,hes a family friend, he checked my grandmothers skin and he found a "dark spot" i dont know the name right now, and it was melanoma, the very first stage i would say but it didnt have "roots" so he saved her life, so we are forever grateful :)

The staff was organized, efficient and friendly. My appointment was on time and I was seen quickly. Dr. Hearne was thorough and kind and made the visit feel not only worth while but also not nerve wracking. Appreciate the care all the way around.

There are not enough good things to say about Buckeye Dermatology. I absolutely love Dr. Cruz and his staff. The most polite and sweet nurse is Joy. Im very happy with my care.
