DONT GO HERE!! RUN AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER DERMATOLOGIST!! The staff here is rude and very unhelpful. Always in a bad mood. Purposely hung up and me mid conversation. The clinical staff is not great either. You have to make an appointment weeks in advance, just to see Dr. Turner herself, or else you see Audrey the PA. You end up waiting 20+ minuets in the waiting room, and then another 15 in the examining room before one of them breezes in. They only spend about 3 minuets actually taking care of you before the bolt out the door and on to the next patient. Ive been going here for years, and after every appointment I ask myself why havent I found a new Dermatologist yet?! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!

Lousy experience. Went in for something causing pain...she immediately dismissed it as nothing and started rambling about a tiny freckle instead. Ignored my concerns. Also she recommended an ear drop (an ear dr. now?) that CVS has been calling her about for 2 weeks because its not available anymore. The staff simply wont call back with an alternative. Ive never seen more dismissive behavior from a doctors office toward a patient. Judging by the amount of botox stuffed into her own face, Id imagine that this is the type of "dermatology" that shes limited to. Maybe go here to get your lips inflated, but if you have a legitimate medical concern you should go somewhere else.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!! PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR IF YOU REALLY HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES!!!! I went there for 2 years and it was horrible! I have H.S and got stuck with the PA Audrey, if anything she made it worse by the stress she cause by NOT doing her job. Also could never get in when I had breakouts 2 week waits!!!!! You cant do that with H.S. She couldnt even remove a wart off my foot. I had to go see a different doctor to get that removed. Please if you have real medical issues go somewhere else!
