I want to begin by letting it be known that the Staff is incredible! Very professional service, kind and attentive to me as a customer. The atmosphere is great, and being a father to young daughters it was nice to be at a place that lets my kids be entertained while Im getting my eye appointment done. Now moving onto the glasses themselves... I dont have the greatest insurance thanks to the plan my workplace has set us up with. Spectera is accepted here fortunately, and I did save some money as opposed to having no insurance at all. However, paying $170 for Ray Ban RX5187 frames with poly-carbonate lenses that include anti-scratch and Crizal anti-glare is ridiculous when the lenses scratch so easily! I stumbled across an eyeglass store online, goggles4u - I ordered a pair from them before deciding to utilize my insurance. And wouldnt luck have it that my $14 (shipped) pair of glasses remains unscratched when using the exact same cleaning solution and cleaning cloth as my Ray Bans that ran me $170? My largest disappointment in the matter is that I visited Busby today, 06 OCT 2015 to request for information on how to get my lenses corrected. A $25 fee is in order to have them replaced. I have had the glasses since 17 AUG 2015, shorter than the amount of time I have owned several other (cheaper) pairs, and they are the only pair I own with scratches on the lenses. I take very good care of my belongings and my eyewear is far from being an exception. In summary: I am going to keep my Ray-Bans, I fell in love with the frame. However, I will be paying to have them re-lensed elsewhere. I cannot recommend Busby based off of their choice of provider for lenses.

Busby Eye Care is TOP NOTCH!! Dr Ray has seen my whole family, and she has such a kind, personality and very relaxing way about her. I have been to many eye care places over the years, and there has never been this level of professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness, and all around "perfect fit" for me and my family! The Opticians in the Optical center are also very helpful. They really know their stuff, and they take their time to understand your vision needs as it pertains to your eyewear. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. We will trust our eyes with one one else!!

Dr Busby and her staff are amazing! I was greeted with a smile at the door and helped with paperwork prior to my appt. They have a beautiful a cozy office too. Each team member I meet was very nice and cheerful. You could really tell that they loved their work. They have an amazing selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses too! Dr Busby took the extra time to be sure I understood the test and gave the results quickly back to me. Whether you have been to the eye doctor lately or it has been awhile, I would suggest checking out Busby Eye Care.

This is the most ridiculous practice I have ever dealt with for eyecare . While Dr. Fipel is great this practice is extremely poor. They are much more concerned about ensuring they nickel and dime, as well as, hide cost in line items. In addition their staff is trained well to be difficult when trying to obtain trial lenses. Getting in touch with any office manager is impossible. Waiting on return phone call from Dr. Fipel to see if he can have any resolution. Most business that do not put customer focus in high regards does not last.

I have been going here for years, but have recently decided to look for some place new. Not only are their prices ridiculous, but on several occasions I have spoken with different staff members who have told me that they would be putting notes in my file only to find out that when I call later the notes are not in there. Also, you would think that after being a loyal customer for over 10 years they would let me order contacts with out paying in advance. I have never given them a reason not to trust that I will pay for my order.

I have always had nothing but great care and services at Busby Eye Care. Recently, I went for my yearly exam and both the technician and doctor were thorough, professional, and friendly. I arrived on time, had minimum wait time, and was through the entire visit in fewer than 40 minutes. The office is well decorated, the staff is friendly, and the receptionist who takes payment was kind enough to allow me to call in my payment as I had forgotten the debit card I was going to use. Overall, a great experience.

I have been going to Busby Eye Care for four years. I have found the staff to be friendly, courteous and professional. I have seen all three doctors and have always received answers to all of my questions in a timely fashion. My appointments have always been on time and my wait time has been minimal. They offer a product line in both glasses, contacts and sports eyewear that is second to none. If you want a great optometrist and equally great staff, I highly recommend Busby Eye Care.

After years of struggling to see my computer clearly, I am typing this review with no problems seeing it at all. This is because I finally listened to my optometrist and purchased a pair or glasses specifically prescribed for office use. Many thanks to Dr. Feipel, who worked very hard to get my difficult prescription right and to Shelby and Pat who worked with the lab to get it completed in the best possible lenses and packaged in an attractive frame. I am thrilled with the outcome!

The doctor she scratched my glasses and says I need new glasses. She didnt even gave proper prescription for glasses to my wife. My wife was unable to see after she got new glasses. The doctor is way off in providing the prescription for glasses. I wear contacts for my contact prescription she had put some unknown company for contacts prescription. I am sure she get kickbacks from the unknown company. Never go to this place. PS I think below reviews are from her employees.

Dr. Feipel is the best optometrist I have ever visited. He was personable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. This was my first time visiting Busby Eye Care yet I felt like we had known each other for years. He was able to answer all my questions. And most importantly, I’m seeing better than I can ever remember. Colors are more vibrant, and I can see details in the distance that used to be blurry at best. I will highly recommend Dr. Feipel to anyone.

I bought both my contacts and glasses from Busby Eye Care and had such an amazing experience. Dr. Feipel was so knowledgeable and friendly and made the process so easy! The staff was very helpful while I was picking out my glasses and made sure I was happy with my selection. Ive had eye problems my whole life and this was one of the best practices Ive ever been to. Ive only been living in Indiana for 11 months and this was my first visit to get an eye exam. The Busby Eye Care team is Great. Dr. Buck is very friendly, knowledgeable and personal. The staff is also very friendly and courteous, the office is very clean and they are very thorough. I would recommend them to everybody and will be going there from now on.
