I recently spent $500+ on a pair of glasses here, when I first ordered my glasses they told me I would be able to pick them up within a week to a week and a half. It took around 4 weeks till I was able to get them. Six months later I had to turn in my glasses to have the lenses replaced, again they said I could pick them up within a week/week 1/2. I called after 11 days asking where my glasses were, the lady said the lab broke my glasses, so it would take longer to get them. I quickly recalled all the excuses they gave me the first time I had to wait on my glasses, so I asked to speak to another worker. He told me the lab is behind on orders and many people were waiting on their glasses. It took 19 days to get my glasses back. When I went to get my glasses I was 2nd in line, the workers ignored me and helped a man who came in after me. This place is nice, when it comes to having a large variety of frames, its a very clean facility, and the set up is comforting. However, I would steer clear this place if you dont like being lied to, if you dont like waiting a ridiculous amount of time (especially considering the amount of money you spend here), and if you dont like rude people.

I love my Doctor at this office and will continue going due to that, but I have not been happy with the service in the portion of the office getting glasses. It took over 90 minutes to get fitted for glasses after my eye appointment, they never called me to tell me they arrived for me to pick up and due to this I didnt end up getting the glasses until almost 2 months after my appointment. When I noted they had never called, the answer I got was that they tried once. (thats right, once, with no follow up after that). The person that fitted me was very nice otherwise, but the person I dealt with when I picked up was incredibly rude. Id also recommend not booking an appointment unless you have 2-3 hours to spend. Nothing about the visit was efficient. Update: I had a recent appointment and my experience this most recent time has been much better. Still dont have my glasses yet, so hoping this continues through pickup

Had an eye exam discussed an eye infection i had at the same time and paid my co-pay. Had to come back for a follow up because the anti bacterial eye drop werent working. Scheduled a follow up....prescribed a steriod eye drop. Didnt work...came back and was prescribed an anti biotic pill to take with the eye drop. Everytime after the appointment they said" no payment". ...i was ready and willing to make a payment. But they told me no. 4 months later I get a bill....and still have a mild infection! Use another eye consultant, all they have to offer is a nice new facility with incompetent O.D (Dr.Worth)

My service was absolutely terrible at this place! It doesnt even deserve one star but I dont have a choice! The staff is so rude and has no knowledge of the business or customer service. The treatment to their customers and the attitude of the staff is completely unacceptable! it seems like the angle of this business is to take the most amount of money from you as they can and they are to stupid to cover up theirs tracks after they do so! I get trying to up sale but at least be honest in what you are doing! Terrible experience and I would never recommend this awful place to anyone!

The exam and eye doctor are great but when I missed my "appointment" to pick my glasses, I was unable to reschedule before a holiday weekend. They said they were " booked" . When I went in at my rescheduled time, no one was free to take me and I was sent to the waiting room. After 3 others were taken ahead of me, I stood up and then they took me. Got home and the glasses are not transition as I ordered . Of course then they were closed!!!!! Time to get the script and RUN to someone else for glasses. The glasses cost too much for this bad service!!!

Scratches started to show on the lences after a short period of time in spite of using the spray and cloth supplied with the glasses. When I went back to sales rep she simply dismissed my claim and offered buying a new pair. When I said I need to think about, she rudely turned to another customer. I got a better quality pair elsewhere for almost the same price plus most importantly good advice and customer service

Ordered a pair of glasses, two and half weeks later they called and said the glasses were on backorder , didnt even know if the frames were going to be available. If they worried as much about customer service as they do making sales pitches for extras it would be the best place in the USA. To bad I liked Dr. VanGett.... No more pain for Me!!!

Love the doctors! Been seeing them for years! The staff helping pick out glasses for us, super helpful and honest!! I have to wear the glasses every day, and even though I may love the glasses, if they fit and dont look good...I want to know!! My daughter took two hours to pick a pair and everyone remaind patient!
