Caleb Hampton is the best trainer that I have ever had. Caleb is extremely professional and he takes detailed notes on what fitness sets he guides me through each session. I have been seeing him twice a week since May 31, 2016 and I have already lost 7 pounds, inches off my waist and hips and I have gained a lot of muscle! Before I saw Caleb, I had not exercised for two years and now I am physically fit. I cannot say enough about Caleb and would recommend him to everyone. P.S. Calebs a smart trainer. He does the homework on his own time as to what would be best for your body and your fitness and he comes prepared. He doesnt waste your time and he trains smart! In other words, he really knows what hes doing. Caleb believes in training smarter, not harder - which I really appreciate. = )

ABOSULTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have been to HealthQuest on 5 different occasions over the last 10 years and couldnt be happier with the service, the people, the friendly environment, and the effective care. I went from being in a wheel chair to running 3 miles a week. There is no other place I would go, in fact I have paid out of pocket to go here when I reached the alotted visits from my insurance. I highly recommend this clinic!

The lobby staff are super friendly and efficient. My physical therapy staff are very knowledgeable about all aspects of physical therapy and medical exercise. The building is well maintained and theres tons of parking.
