pnp was in and out in two minutes, gave me no follow up care, suggested nothing for the alement, no follow up care instructions and told me to go to my pcp. When I asked for a second day off work she said she couldnt do that and to go to my dr which I could not get a visit with for over a week (which is why I came here). Quickest $30 ever spent with no resolution and now 7:00 at night still throwing up Im obviously gonna have to go to another clinic and spend more money to get an additional day off that I need. Which is probably better I bet they give me instructions on how to ease the pain Im in. At this rate you wont last long in our town and I now know why your facility was empty and the one around the corner had a line out the door. Didnt even get to see a doctor makes me wonder if one is even on staff and if there would have been would i have been able to get the second day off if so you might want to think about staffing your facility with the appropriate staff to give your patience what they need!!

I came in with a broken fibula at around 7:30 on a saturday night. They were the only ones open. One of the girls had called in probably for a fathers day dinner or something. The two that were there were fabulous to say the least. They took care of me very well. Took exrays, determined that it was broke and set a temporary cast the whole time with smiley faces and a gentle touch. Thank you again for helping you certainly have a new client! I was in and out within an houre.

Horrible, so upset I told my mom to drive here from millington 45mins! The female dr. seemed like she did not believe a word my mother said and seem to have very lil experience. If ur in pain do not go there it came across like she was scared to prescribe anything for pain. I will never return and recommend that none of my family and friends do not go there.

We went in to have a fingers inspected due to some stitches coming out, the girls at the front desk were super nice and the doctor came out and looked at the wound & missing stitches & said everything looked great and no reason to worry. Very fast & courteous service. Thank you!

I had heard this was the best urgent care facility on Lapeer. Having gone to the one on the medical plaza and not having a good experience, I decided to try here. I am very glad that I did on Tuesday night. The ladies eorking were both pleasant and professional.

Due to me being 17 and pregnant I am able to be seen without a adult present. I was denied to be seen and now I will be getting higher people involved with this situation. I wont be denied again. If I could rate it without any stars I would.

If you have no Insurance, dont give them cash. They turned us away and told us to go to ER. Then wouldnt refund us the 60.00 we could of used for my wifes diabetic meds. We were also told they couldnt xray there at all.

Quick, and as their name suggests, convenient care. They are very nice and understanding. The PA and staff on hand adhered to my concerns and sought the medical help necessary with the symptoms I was having.

Always fast and friendly. I just took my daughter there and we were in and out in a half hour. The NP was so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this urgent care.

They say they open at 8:30 but the doctor doesnt get there until 9, so if you intend to be seen at 8:30 just beware you will have wait!
