I had an appointment on 2/21/17 and was referred by my regular eye dr. Dr. Dave did my cataracts and I was very pleased with him. But I had some problems with the left eye feeling as though I had a film over the lens. My regular dr sent me back to Dominion on the 21st of this month and I was there for 1 hour and 1/2, after having a 3:00 appt, not being seen by a dr for over an hour! So by the time I had my eyes examined, dilated and SAT FOREVER waiting, it was 4:15 before I saw Dr.Bessel. In less than 10 mins, he told me to buy over the counter eye drops because I had dry eye...So I totally wasted my time sitting around. I will never go back there even though office staff is really good and was very polite to me. The other part of being shifted around by all the other staff from room to room WITHOUT ever getting a decent answer, will never happen again. Dr. Dave needs to change some of these things that go on.....Most of the techs in the back talk to each other, fool around and do not pay attention to who they should pay attention to. -0 would be my rating for the entire practice!
