Please, do not trust your eye health to these people! First, they scared me to death, telling me that I had glaucoma (at 37 years old with no health issues and no family history) then they repeatedly (over the course of a year) tried to collect fees "not covered by insurance". Turns out, they submitted my claim with the wrong member number. Hours of my time to correct their error. Subsequent visit was billed incorrectly as well. Thankfully, I found another doctor with competent office staff and updated technology to ease my fears and confirm that I am not going blind. Office manager, Matesh, avoids contact and will not respond to phone messages, refused to see me when I waited over an hour in the office.

Had done my eye exam and a retinal check and was told I need to get in for an extra scan later. Wanted to get checked by an opthamologist instead and several requests later have not received a medical consent form to release this information to an eye specialist. Also was told by them that my eye exam was not covered but it actually was. They were helpful with providing the receipt, but did not provide the coverage code needed for insurance and had to be asked twice for it - by the insurance company themselves. Do not recommend.

Dylan was very helpful, personable and attentive, making us feel very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Krupa was wonderful, knowledgeable, and informative. Olana was very friendly and worked with my daughter to help her pick out a pair of glasses she actually loves to wear. Very quick, friendly, customer oriented service. Would recommend all day. Great experience.
