Overcharged me for an annual eye exam by $90 last December, something that I am now finding out about through my insurance provider. Also contracted a nasty eye infection after I had visited the provider for a retinal exam. During the visit, there were no barriers between the back examination rooms and the front waiting room, so other customers children were freely running through the exam rooms with clients (me) sitting in them. I would not recommend this provider to anyone unless they are unable to find other options elsewhere within budget, just make sure they charge you correctly. Edit: the practice took care of this concern today. While I am appreciative of their speed and attention to this matter, overall, I am still going to look elsewhere for another eye care provider.

I am thoroughly disgusted that this practice has been days late with my eye glasses order and refuses to disclose parts of my perscription so that I may not obtain glasses from another establishment. It seems like a slimy move on their behalf to try to keep customers ordering from them. I will not be returning after I pick up my glasses (if they ever come in)...
