I have gotten my perscriptions filled at lenscrafters from Beverly Hills to Birmingham Michigan for over 15 years. Never experienced derision. Walked in today, in order to see if my glasses could take a perscription. Instead, the saleswoman scoffed/snikered/laughed. "Oh NO", she said. Then proceeded to say, "well, let me find out." Came back with, "Oh no", snickering in her voice. I said, "well, you dont have to laugh at my perscription." As if to justify her "ugliness", she engaged another sales woman. You know, whatever market a business is in, one expects courtesy. This is akin to a spinal doctors nurse scoffing at the curveture in a patients spine. In this case, a saleswoman who, perhaps, should not be in the business of eyeglassware.....1 star because she did go an ask

Great service and very nice people! Many people helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I picked them out and they went over everything in detail from pricing to caring for them. Got my glasses in about an hour and a half which was amazing!
