Ive been going here for five years and as of recent it has gone down hill. I highly recommend the doctor but after your appointment ask for your prescription and buy you glasses or contacts from somewhere else. Not only will it be cheaper, but you also wont have to wait 2+ weeks to receive you glasses. Also they over price the glasses you order from here. A more detailed description of some issues: The only reason I give it two stars is because the doctor I see is great. Absolutely polite and friendly. Recently I ordered a new set of glasses from here and I have had multiple problems with my order. First they ordered the wrong frames, then the wrong set of lenses were put in the frames. Now that I finally have the correct lenses and frames about a month and a half after actually ordering them, I was not given the case that should have come with my glasses. The case given to me is far too small. On top of that, when one of my glasses legs broke (a set of glasses I had ordered through them) orginally they said they wouldnt help me out at all without having to pay for a whole new set of frames. It wasnt until weeks later did they reach out to me saying they could try to help me without ordering a new set of frames.

Respect ? Value? This Store dose not value your services or respect you or will give you the time of day. I had a appointment sent in for this place, which I had made special arrangements from my work to come there since they "claim to be busy through out the entire week". I arrived 10 minutes late, you would think they would have some type of "understanding" but I was rejected when I arrived and said "she" was busy with someone else that was in my spot. I thought that was kinda weird.which there was only 1 other person and I know they take walk ins because when I arrived at this store for the first time I was offered a walk-in. My conclusion to the person who runs this place seems to have these traits. Arrogant Rudeness Domineering Dishonesty Temperamental Conceited Unreliable Dependent Pessimism Condescending If your time is not precious then apply within.

Dont go here. They wont lift a finger to help you. They have a very friendly "sucks to be you" attitude for any slightly outside the cookie cutter interaction you may need. They act like they are the only game in town, total apathy toward the customer.

I like the photo they took of the optic nerve and the surrounding blood vessels. I had the same photo taken at InSight Eye some time ago and was able to compare the two. No changes in blood vessel walls. Good for peace of mind.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the facility is clean and inviting (specially the relaxation room!). Dr. Sutaria is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for patients of all ages!

Only seen them once for my 13 year old son. They were very courteous, punctual and helpful. Explained insurance benefits twice very clearly . Office has very modern equipment.
