Walked in one day looking to book and appt for an exam. The place was not busy at all! Maybe 3 other customers in the store. No employees around. After looking at frames for over 15 mins someone finally greeted me! The lady seemed to have an attitude for some reason. After making an appointment. ONLY BECAUSE I KNOW THE DR THAT PERFORMS THE EXAM IS NICE. I left and thought about how i was not greeted and then when i was with an attitude, I called the next day and cnacelled. I will never go back there! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had an eye infection when I went in. I did not have any eye glasses and only wore contacts, but to treat the infection I could not wear the contacts. The team here rushed my glasses order and got them to me that day. Their customer service is amazing. I am very grateful for their help. It is a little expensive but its because their ligit
