Never again I purchased glasses for my son and I was told that my sons would be in 7 to 10 days and would have them on or before the 23rd of November and my glasses would be around the 1st of Dec. My sons were on back order which they never told us about and he ended up getting them the first week of Dec. Mine however came in early on the 28th but were wrong, was asked to wear them for a week to see if I got used to them. No luck went back to get them fixed and found out that the company that cut the lens cut them wrong and cut out the reading portion of the prescription, then for whatever reason the doc also change the strength by one and moved the position where the reading transitions to distance. Then proceeded to tell me that they would order the lens and have their guy cut them to fit my frames and would be in the following week. Well 2 weeks later no lens and they havent even been shipped. and the manager of the place wants to blame me for the mistakes and insist that what I was told by the eye doctor was not true. WOW he wasnt even there and declined to meet with me and the doctor. Here is the best part I was going to get my glasses at lenscrafters and the eye doctor told me that they would have to order them as well and the lens wouldnt be as good. So after all the mistakes I went to lenscrafters and they could have sold me the same lens and frames and had them in a day. Guess they just want to make money any way they can even if its leing to customers. all that was after I spent over a $1,000.00. ,

I got the right prescription after having two other opticians in town consistently mess up my glasses. They do a good job here.
