Ended up getting burned pretty bad doing under arm laser hair removal and now have scars left behind. I am going to see a dermatologist to see if there is something that can be done about this. I cant even wear a fitted Tshirt. You can see an area of scarring when I raise my arm. I was able to receive a refund and the doctor recommended a cream for me to help lighten the area. I just had a very bad experience with this place. I wrote a negative review on yelp and the moment I did, I received a concerned call about the situation. No phone call was made until my comment was posted. When I didnt take down my negative review, company responded with a very unprofesional comment. I am here letting others know about what I went through. And Ive been telling every single person I know about this place and to stay away. Of course they all ask to see the area that was involved, and the look on their faces makes me want to cry every single time. My biggest regret is coming here for laser hair removal. And I just found out my sister in laws roommate knows someone that was also burned at this location. =(

I wanted to vlog my experience at this place. Once I heard the front desk lady tech say she didnt feel comfortable with it I completely backed off the idea and was totally ok with no vlogging. She tried to continue my first consultation at this place but never gave me her full attention or made me feel comfortable there. She kept looking at my sister who was holding the turned off camera in her lap while it was facing her. When I asked her questions she couldnt even answer them because her mind was clearly on the camera! I was very nervous about my tattoo removal and had lots of questions about the process and after care once the procedure was complete. She looked at me as if I was dumb every time and talked down to me like I was a child calling me "sweetheart/sweetie". I would recommend this place if youre ok with dealing with rude and nasty receptionists/technicians.

AMAZING!!! I have been going here for tattoo removal treatments and everyone is very professional, tell you exactly what to expect, and are friendly and welcoming. I feel very comfortable during my treatments and already have 2 of my tattoos completely removed without a trace left!!! I couldnt believe that there was no scar either! The office is very clean, like a doctors office, and I would certainly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable place to have tattoo removal or hair removal.

AWESOME, great results!!! I loved this place, probably the best laser skin clinic in town. As a man, i felt very comfortable and hair removal results surprised me. Since then I purchased another package at this place and brought in my guy friend, who is very happy about his newly hairless back! This place is professional, very clean, the staff is very friendly. On a small downside, it is rather hard to get scheduled for Saturday - they are very busy, so plan ahead if you want to get in on Saturday.

Amazing results!! Im in the middle of a hair removal treatment plan and so far I have been very pleased with the results and the quality of care received. As a guy, the other spa type places are a little daunting and they try to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont want or need. Being owned and operated by doctors, this clinic seems more medically oriented and I trust their advice. Very cost effective too. I have been recommending this place to all my friends who need tattoos and/or hair removal.

for hair removal - 3 sessions down, 3 to go - excellent results. becky makes me feel very comfortable (as the hair is in a private place) and makes it fast and easy as can be. brand new equipment. i highly recommend inkfree md and think i will try tattoo removal here next. also like that theres a doctor on staff if needed, unlike other places i looked into before finding this one.

I have my 6th and final appointment today. So far the treatments have worked in removing unwanted hair from my back. The time has been minimal and the pain of the laser has been manageable. . Everyone who works here is kind and courteous. I would recommend friends in family who are in need of their services. My next move is to remove my tattoo from the high school days. Thanks.

Great Place!! The staff is friendly and very helpful, cozy office with lots of other services available not just tattoo removal. My first session was less than 10min. I look forward to going back again and getting more ink removed.
