Dr. Frogozo is amazing! I had to have scleral lenses due to corneal ectasia and I felt I had entered a different world with corneal damage...it was all just happening too fast and I was scared. I did research myself. It led to Dr. Frogozo. I called a corneal specialist. They recommended Dr. Frogozo. I am very fortunate to be able to trust my eye care to her. Her staff is very friendly and have been very helpful to me when Ive called. I definitely recommend her 100%, whether you just need glasses or have an extreme case as I did. Yes, I may have had to wait a small amount of time once, but time means nothing when it comes to your vision. Dont take it for granted like I did. From my viewpoint thats a very small thing to even consider a problem.

Dr Frogoso is such a great eye doctor. She knows her stuff, doesnt try to up sell you, has cutting edge technology in her office and very friendly and caring staff members. Having some major complications from bad eye care in the past in California, I was concerned I wouldnt be able to find a competent eye doctor in San Antonio when I moved here. After I was referred to her from some of the brightest leaders and professors in the industry, I now know why they have sent me to see her. Im afraid her office might be too small for the growth she stands to enjoy from providing such excellent service.

Dont see how this place gets a good rating. Granted the eye Dr. Here is very nice but the service is horrible. Appointments are over booked and a 45 minute to hour wait every time I have been here. False promises and "we will do better" is all I hear. Myself and family will take our business elsewhere. Hear all the time about no show fees or late cancellation fees. But then you have to wait extended periods of time to be seen. Appeared another customer left earlier than I. He seemed very disgusted also.

Dr. Aguilar is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She answered all of my questions in detail so I will definitely be going back to her for my next check up! The front desk staff was also very pleasant and welcoming. It was my first time there and I was seen as soon as I filled out minimal paper work which was another plus. The location is great and overall a very nice experience. Highly recommend!
