I had not worn contacts in over 20 years and was somewhat hesitant, but after my exam with Dr. Stephen Wolfe, I felt sure he would make it work. At my first follow-up, I explained I needed more mid-range vision. He was very patient and made a change from mono vision to a multi-focal lens. I am thrilled and am now able to see everything I need without using glasses or being frustrated. Dr. Wolfe also recommended a solution for my fiances watering eyes. He is much better and had been living with that for years. It is a simple solution for those who tend to have oily skin. The office staff was also courteous and helpful. Thank you all. I highly recommend this particular office for all of your eyewear needs, whether it be contacts or glasses.

the people in the office are slow and incompetent, what should take a week has taken almost 4 weeks now and I still do not have my glasses I paid almost 400.00 for. im now told it will take about 1 more week since they have to order more lenses. Worst Customer Service ever in the Eye glass business

I went in today to purchase more contact lenses for my daughter. I was there in June 2015 and the office staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Today the ladies were rude and told me I couldnt order contacts for my daughter. I requested her prescription and am taking my business elsewhere.

Great customer service, everyone is friendly. We didnt realize we needed an appointment, so as we were waiting to set an appt. 2 slots were once available and we were fitted in. No long wait to get seen. Atmosphere is great! Highly recommend the Potranco Office.
