What kind of doctors office doesnt answer the phone? Im just trying to find out how soon I can go in for my annual eye exam. BUUUTTT office hours and doctors hours are not the same and a tech is busy so Im getting hung up on. This is ridiculous ive been going here for more than 10 years but am seriously considering switching eye doctors. If I could give them half a star that is what they would get.

Been coming here for years as well. Seems like the waits get longer and longer. Waited two and a half hours for contacts finally had to leave and come back another day. Staff doesnt seem to be in any kind of rush no matter how many patients are waiting. The original doctors dont practice as much anymore, thats the problem. Wont be back...

This place is awesome . I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses for a great price one is MK and the other is coach , they were really helpful ,nice and patient . Love how everyone greets you as soon as you walk in . They always have glasses that are in style .100% satisfaction .

Dr. Marquez was fantastic! Very informative and supportive. I did not understand how negative or bland my previous experiences had been (MA, CT, PA, MD!!) until this appointment. Should I have another contract in Tx next year, I will make the drive. Thank you!
