I was not satisfied with my service here. I have a five year old and seven year old and the staff seemed annoyed with us and during the pre exam the lady kept huffing and telling my daughter who is five to sit still very rudely and pushing my daughters head, and she WAS sitting very still. Then I asked "do all 5 year olds sit still?" And she said yes they do not sure why your daughter cant". Then during the reading of letters I was the one doing the exam as if I worked there because the lady couldnt speak to my daughter because she didnt speak English or something. And during this whole time she seemed so annoyed with my daughter I had to be the one with customer service to tell my baby good job. Then we got skipped to do the exam and everything went fine with the doctor but after we were done and I was waiting to get the prescription I waited forever and finally went up to the front desk because now Im the only person in the office now, I asked the lady if my prescription was ready and she says oh I dont know and walks to the printer and there it was. Finally was able to order the glasses. Not happy with the service at this place I will not be back after this.

Beautiful clinic, and it has a kids room, it is definitely a life saver if you are like me and have a little one. Staff is very professional, helpful and nice, the Dr. worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable. When it was time to order glasses they said that since they were new and didnt have a lab yet, it would take 7-14 business days for glasses to be ready but mine got there in 5 days, they took good care of me, I really didnt mind the wait. I just took my son and my husband and I will continue to come back as well as recommend friends and family there.

I was there Yesterday for a Follow up and the Doctors in that Place are awsome !! The staff at that place are Awsome !! They really do take care of their patients and practice patient care to the max !! And with me being in the Medical Field I wish other clinics would follow suit with the kind of care and compassion that the People at Mi Vison show. Plus They took my insurance as well so Im getting some Good frames at a good Price !! Dr Cuba Is and will continue to be my Eye Doc from here on to the future.

My dad & Brother came here yesterday i sent them with information letting them know there was a special exam & glasses for $99 of course not knowing better they got $200 & $500 glasses. So i called to see if i can cancel the order and they were so nice and said yes let me know they can do a refund no problem. My dad was convinced they would say no but i said its worth a try. Very happy with the customer service over the phone! THANK YOU For understanding you never sent guys alone to do something :)

There was a misunderstanding that was addressed quickly and compassionately. The service and staff overall was helpful and attentive. I loved the selection and the nice environment. They have the latest styles and I love my new glasses. The Dr. took the time to make sure my prescription was accurate. She makes you feel like a friend.

I have brought my daughter to this location twice for an eye exam and recently she also got a pair of glasses from here. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is great. Fast service, the store is very clean, great selection of glasses to choose from. I have an will recommend Mi Vision to friends and family.

Staff at the front are friendly but no customer knowledge i left confuse and not satisfied with the doctor. The doctor seem so frustrated i felt like he was not giving my kids the full attention. He just wanted us out.

Bad customer service went in for glasses and 2 weeks later and still not in . Requested a full refund and was told I can not have a refund. Would not recommend this place
