Excellent First Experience Very impressed by the friendly, attentive, courteous staff. I was greeted right away. They seemed to know every patient walking in by name. Everyone introduced themselves to me and asked questions to get to know me. The building was clean and orderly. The service was quick but thorough. I didnt feel like a number or it was rushed. i actually saw Dr. Booker, which in my past experiences, I was lucky to even see a dentist at most of my check ups. Due to my husbands crazy schedule, they offered to put us on a short call list in case appointments opened up and might coincide with him being in town. About 45 min after my appointment they called me to let me know they had a spot open up next week for him. They walked me through the checkout process and what to expect each time. They told me what my insurance would be covering that day. It was just such a huge difference from our past provider. I was very impressed and am very excited to bring my family in.

Dr. Booker and staff are wonderful Ive been going to Dr. Booker for a couple years now (prior it was Dr. Hartwell) and both have been very kind. Dr. Booker treats you with pure care, knowledge of your teeth and what needs done, he will not do unneeded work on your teeth until he feels you need it. (Unless there is a toothache issue or something). His office has state-of-the-art dentistry equipment and always makes me feel comfortable. His scheduling is pretty full so book asap if you have any needs for your teeth and they will certainly accommodate to your needs and comfort level to the best they can. Also awesome with children too for those seeking a dentist and one of the best by far in the downriver area. I knew I needed a dentist and looked up what Delta dental accepts before my 1st visit, which is how I found Dr. Hartwell.. he retired but did in fact interview many others to take his place. I would never go anywhere else for my oral hygiene :)

As one who has been lucky enough to not require much dental work, other than regular cleanings, I have referred many family and friends to Booker (Hartwell ) Family Dentistry. Everyone has been exceptionally pleased with their experiences. Recently I needed "real" work done, I required a cap. They were able to fit me in imediately and catered to my unfounded fear of the unknown. I was informed of what was happening throughout the procedure. My temporary cap fit wonderfully and my permanent cap....Im not even aware. My daughter, Aunts and I have been very happy with their friendly, professional and the sincere concern they show their patients.

Great Experience!! I had a cracked tooth and needed an appointment ASAP. I found them online and noticed that Booker Family Dentistry had very good reviews. I would honestly say that those reviews are very accurate. Dr Booker was very professional and highly skilled. The procedure was quick and painless. Every one of the staff members that I met were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this dentist office if you live in the downriver area.

My whole family sees Dr. Booker, from my youngest son, to my wife and myself. We have used them from Dr. Hartwell to Dr. Booker. Dr. Booker and his staff are on-time, friendly, professional and, most importantly, painless. There is a reason it is called Booker Family Dentistry and that is because they treat you like FAMILY! Very professional and friendly! My 5 y/o daughter isnt normally nervous about going to the dentist but because we switched to a new office, I could tell she didnt know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and made her feel comfortable. Since then, our entire family has had the chance to experience the staff and we are so happy we found such a fantastic dental office!

I have no insurance, and I chipped my tooth over the weekend. They got me in the same day I called for a meet and greet. Staff was great, the place was clean and inviting. I plan to go back and get my tooth crowned. They have an in-house discount program, that saves me a few hundred dollars plus Im going to pay in advance so I get an extra 5% off. So Im happy about it.

BEST Downriver Dentistry Dr. Booker is a fantastic dentist. Its hard to find a dentist that can do a great crown -- if youve ever had a "bad" one, you know what I mean. He is very compassionate and takes the appropriate amount of time to explain things. The offices hygienists are friendly and gentle, but thorough, and the entire staff is awesome.

Wonderful service as usual. Had a crown that fell out during the weekend. Dr. Bookers staff was able to fit me in their schedule ASAP the following week. Was in and out within 20 minutes max. My experience at Hartwell DDS Inc has been wonderful for the past 25 years. Although I never got any cavities until recently in my life, it really wasnt painful having them cleaned up at all, under Dr. Hartwells care. The staff is always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Hartwell DDS.
