Ive been here several times through out the past year and a half. It is the WORST dental office I have ever been to. The Director (I can not recall his name) and his assistant (I can not recall her name) are awesome, I enjoy seeing them. There is some guy with an accent that handles most of the phone calls, he is ALWAYS rude. I asked once to speak to the directors assistant, and he said "I dont know who that is, if you have their name..." and I explained what she looked like, and reiterated that she was the DIRECTORS ASSISTANT (he only has the one assistant) and he still rudely claimed he had no idea whom I was speaking of. They immediately price you for a white filling instead of asking if you would prefer white or silver, the mirrors and the overhead light they use are completely smudged with fingerprints, and I sit there staring at this knowing those are there from patients and patients before me, and the continue to touch the cesspool of a light and stick their fingers in my mouth. I had a middle aged dentist with glasses do all of my dental work, he is nice, but an awful dentist. At first I was ignorant, I had never had a filling done before. I was uncertain of the job he had done, as the fillings were all jagged and sharp, when I would floss little pieces would break off, and the floss would shred to pieces in between my teeth. The next appointment I had, I told him I wanted him to check the fillings he had done previously, because I didnt think they felt right. He says they are fine. A few months later, the same fillings I asked him about broke in half AND I WASNT EVEN CHEWING ANYTHING. Mid sentence, I feel the filling break and its on my tongue. I had a back tooth drilled and filled, and within a week I was having issues with it. I couldnt chew, I couldnt even handle the weight of my tongue on the tooth. I waited a month, because sensitivity for a few weeks isnt exactly uncommon, then I called their office to tell them what horrible pain I was in. I wasnt fishing for pain meds, I wanted them to just pull the sucker out. I wanted it gone. I go in for my appointment, they LOOK at the tooth, and thats it, waste of my time and gas. SO the next week, I call again, make another appointment, and say I want the tooth TAKEN CARE OF, that I cant sleep or eat and I just want it pulled, they tell me for sure they will resolve the issue. I ask if I can come in that day (it was a friday) and they having NO ACTING PHYSICIANS. Are you kidding me? You have NO ONE that can do dental work in your office on a FRIDAY? So i make my appointment for monday. Over the weekend, I had to go to the emergency room because my face began to swell, my lymph nodes were swollen and i was having a hard time swallowing. Turns out I had a STAPH INFECTION which lead to an ABCESS. And let me say, I went in to this office with 12 cavities to start, I had a poor diet, and I smoked cigarettes. Im down to 4 cavities, completely changed my diet, stopped eating candy and drinking pop, brush twice a day and floss twice a day, cut back astronomically on the smoking. There was no way I had done anything to give myself this abcess. I go in to my appointment, only for them to NOT DO ANYTHING, AGAIN. This place is a joke Im now having major sensitivity in a bunch of different teeth that this dentist filled, and ironically, he worked on my mothers teeth once, and she has been having issues with the work he did ever since. I am incredibly unhappy with this place, and loathe that I need to return for them to fix their shotty work

This office run as an unregulated entity, it lack any concern for hygiene and honesty. Their location is gravely outdated, everything in the office feels like its form 60 years ago, the place was less than clean they had dirty plastic bin where they were utilizing to hold some of their tools. They working area is an open floor type like the one you see in dentist schools, you can hear everything that its being discussed with other patients as well as get on your body other patience teeth fragments when someone next to you is getting a cleaning done. The staff is a bit rude and aloof and they did not seem professional at all. The doctor makes her decision based on your plans pocket and will always advice you to get the most expensive option even if you do not need it, she will try to make it seems as the most expensive option is the only one you got and will put every roadblock they can in your path to force you spend more money. They will even go so far to tell that they do not offer that product or service or it’s an special other and you have to pay more for it and even if your plan covers it they will try to charge you so be very vigilant. Until they fix all their issues, I would tell anyone to stay away as far as possible form that office.

Terrible.. I am so serious. I been coming here for cleanings for a long time, but dont go here for anything major. I went here to get my cavities filled in. They stated that I had 6 in total three on both sides. I didnt have any pain or abcesses in my mouth before I went. When I walked out from my cavities being done one side of my mouth was swollen so I didnt feel anything until the next day. I have so much pain in the right side of my mouth now. I can barely breath, drink, sleep or eat without my tooth feeling achy or getting shocking pains in my mouth. They are cheaper than most dental places, but you get what you pay for. Dont take that risk on your mouth. I believe what happened is they saved very close to my nerves, and my tooth was full size as the rest in my mouth. Now its super short compared to the other tooth. I really regret coming here. Not only that they are very unprofessional they called me the day of my appt a hour before to let me know that the doctor was not coming in, and during my procedure they were more into theyre convo then my mouth. Beware!!

Avoid them if you can. The equipment is all very old and dirty. I was worried the whole time they were just reusing tools on me. The dentist treated me like I was part of an assembly line. Just get in and get out. She didnt numb me before giving me the shots and gave me more shots than I have ever received to get a cavity filled. When I complained about a pain she just said well you dont want me to have to numb your whole mouth so just get over it. They also refuse to do all the work in one visit. I had to hound them to get two cavities filled when I had three I needed. One of the cavities they didnt even do a good job because pressure is still a problem with it. I could go on for awhile why I would never trust them with my family. I will be changing my provider the next open enrollment.
