I have always had a fear of the dentist so up until this year Ive been driving over an hour to stay with the dentist Ive had since 1995. After having kids though, the drive was a serious pain and I just couldnt do it anymore (okay, my husband couldnt take it anymore lol) so we decided to try Jackson Snider Parker because they are 5 mins away and I couldnt be happier with our decision! This is the best dentist downriver! Hands down. The staff is friendly and the office goes above and beyond to accommodate their clients; from summer BBQs to family Halloween parties, its more than just a dentist, its part of a community! They have updated equipment and they are gentle--which I love! Whatever you are looking for in a dentist, you will not be disappointed with this office. I guarantee it!

Ive had nothing but problems since they pushed 2 root canals on me for teeth Im not even having problems with. They even wanted me to have a couple more root canals done and Im glad I said no! Ever since having this procedure, my teeth hurt when drinking or eating anything cool or warm. I dont want to say Ive learned for next time because at this point, Im not sure I even want to go back. The hygienists were super nice, so are the dentists but I feel like the dentists were pushing procedures that werent absolutely necessary. Now Im looking into having the teeth removed at a different dentist, and its infuriating because root canals are thousands of dollars each!

I have been a patient of this practice my entire life (in fact, my mother is one of their longest-running patients!) and have had absolutely nothing but stellar experiences each time I have been seen. The staff is always extremely helpful and honest, and I have always looked forward to going to the dentist, even as a child. My entire extended family goes here as well and we all love the service we receive here! They are fantastic with all ages, even with anxious children! They are focused on comfortable care and do all things with the highest integrity and very deep knowledge about their practice. Everyone is wonderful!

I have a horrible fear of dentists. I can honestly say that Dr. Parker is the BEST dentist I have EVER visited.I have been a patient for about 7 years and I will not go anywhere else. The entire office staff is really the best from the receptionist to the cleanings to even root canals everyone is very professional and funny. They are also very flexible on scheduling even offering some Saturday appointments. I would, and do, highly recommend Dr. Jackson, Snider and Parker to anyone in need of dentistry services. They are also very good with kids. You wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience. Very professional, modern, and sophisticated. I moved to the Detroit area from Boston a few months after receiving a dental implant (from an oral surgeon in Boston). Soon after moving to Detroit, my implant post / crown came loose and Dr. Jackson fixed it free of charge. He has helped me (for free) several times with the implant over the past several years, even though he had no responsibility or reason to do so. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Parker is absolutely amazing!!! As a parent of 5 children, my husband and I chose her to see us all! She is one of the only dentists around that also practices orthodontic care! My daughter just got her braces off and she looks incredible. Dr. Parker offers evening hours for us working parents! Our children LOVE her! Her staff are all amazing as well! Its not a burden or scare to see the dentist in our family...with Dr. Parker, its a real treat! Her smile says it all!

I have never felt talked down upon, unlike many other dentists I have visited. They are there to help YOU. I have absolutely zero complaints or concerns. I cannot say enough good things about this practice! First and foremost, we have two small children and this office goes above and beyond to make our 5 year old comfortable and happy while hes there! I mean really, what child says they cant wait to go back to the dentist? The staff is kind, knowledgeable and always on time! For our family, there is NO other choice besides Dr. Parker! We will eternally be grateful for all that this office does for our dental health!

Doctors Jackson, Snyder, and Parkers office can be described as a championship team. This includes their caring and gentle hygienists, and their friendly and competent office staff. The office offers the latest in equipment that help to make the patients experience the most comfortable as possible. I recently experienced a dental issue that I was nervous about. Dr. Snyder took her time to explain the procedure and did an excellent job in making my smile look its best!

This is, by far, the best dentist office downriver!!! The entire staff is friendly and they go above and beyond. Dr. Parker is absolutely fantastic with children and adults and she also does orthodontics. We are on our second set of braces with our second daughter and she does beautiful work. My kids love going to the dentist and we owe it all to the positive experiences they have had there. We have been patients for over 15 years and we wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parkers for a few years. I have always loathed going to the dentist but her and their whole staff, from front desk to hygienists, are the kindest and most patient people you will ever meet. I have friends who have taken their kids to Dr. Parker and they have raved about how well she is with children. There is a very comforting atmosphere. This is the perfect office for those who experience anxiety when it comes to dental appointments.

All of my past dentist experiences at other places havent all been pleasant. I can honestly say that I always have a great experience here. The people are amazing. After a rough incident at my previous dentist involving spacers, I was nervous about going to the dentist (even at a new place.) Once I came in and met the staff, my nerves settled almost immediately. I have now been going there for several years and plan to continue being a patient in the future.

Extremely over priced when it come to real dental work and not just a cleaning. My teeth were broke and the dentist didnt even find the shards in my gums. Luckily I went back to my old dentist before i got an infection because they couldnt get me in for a whole week. Also be warned i was told to pay one price up front and then got a bill and had to pay even more. On the plus side the hygienist are amazing especially with kids

I have been a patient of Dr. Parker for over 8 years. She is a great dentist. I have never had any pain during any procedures that I have had. I starting going to her because I worked close to the office, but now I work about 40 minutes away from the office and I still stay because she is that good. She always makes me feel so comfortable and is a great person. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
