I wish i could give them a (-) 1 star.Worst experience ever. Do not waist your time and money, I go in for the first time to get x-rays &teeth cleaned & they took 1 1/2 just with that then they said I need a crown on a tooth that had a feeling put in, I have gum desise, I have bone lost, I need a root canal; the teeth cleaning can not be done that day b/c I need a deep teeth clensing, which is not covered by the Insurence & it will cost me $130 for deep teeth cleaning& an aditional charge which was covered by the Insurence for reg. cleaning. Really? What a joke? Now keep in mind I get my teeth cleaned every 6months, x-rays, no cavity, I was with dental works for 5 years and I switched b/c I moved but with this experience I will drive the extra few miles and go back To dental works. Worst experience ever!!!

I went here for a cleaning and they tried to sell me everything under the sun. I have been to other dental offices for my semi annual cleanings and have never experienced such a horrible visit. The hygienist was nice, but they seemed more concerned with up selling products and services to me than my well being. I left there paying $80 for a cleaning when is suppose to be free with my very expensive dental insurance i purchased. Then they tried to sell me more products. Well, i payed for the cleaning and havent went back even though i payed a hefty premium for this dental insurance. I will NEVER go back to this place and recommend anyone who does to look into a different dental practice because these people are ONLY here to make a buck and not for your well being. Sincerely.

The quality of care was excellent and the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because of the "add-on" sales attempts. Being asked if I wanted the additional (not covered by insurance) flouride treatment and the oral cancer screening reminded me of taking my car to one of those quick change oil places (which I no longer use for that very reason.) If, after examining me, the dentist feels I might need these additional services, it would be different. But being hit up for these before anyone had even looked at my teeth just felt like a corporate money-maker.

Unpleasant experience, felt like a car in a mechanic shop than a person. Un private rooms, could see other patient in their chair. Unfriendly, uncaring staff, dentist seemed unexperienced, (hit a nerve, ouch!) would not recommend.

some of the hygienists seem very uncaring and dont treat you like a person. I went in for a cleaning and was told I needed a $500 cleaning which my insurance doesnt cover and now they wont clean my teeth.
