I have been a patient at this Dental Clinic since 2010, having been referred to Dr. Hubbard by a relative. Ive since moved to Dr. Leath due to dental insurance coverage. There is no preference one over the other dentist. I can say that this is a very professional, clean, courteous and up to date clinic facility and staff. All concerns that I have had have always been addressed with respect, knowledge in the field and utmost professionalism. It is important to me that I know everything is on the up and up when it comes to a field that I am not very familiar and knowledgeable about. A full dental x-rays is performed and I am shown x-ray imaging of any problems that might exist. This in my mind eases any concerns that unnecessary work is performed but rather that only necessary work is performed. Pricing again is standardized by a larger dental organization this office is part of, so I know I am not being overcharged and pricing is fair and they were forthcoming and open in explaining these details to me. In terms of equipment, products and materials I have not noticed any short-cuts to save cost, this is a high-end facility which delivers top notch service using the best products for its patients. In terms of time spent in the waiting room, I would say it is minimal, if at all, at least with only one exception this has been my experience. Also extra-dental discussions are not personally invasive yet genuine and sufficient to show general interest in you as a patient. What I really appreciate is the reminders they have for upcoming appointments, via email and/or SMS. One about a week in advance another a day or two in advance and another the day of. Very useful and not overbearing. If you enjoy watching cable TV during the procedure you can use the remote to watch what you please on the ceiling hung TV unit. A downside for me is that I moved 50 minutes away several years ago however I am so satisfied with the level of service offered here, that I refuse to look for another local clinic and would rather make the drive a few times a years. While this clinic has taken care of my young son for dental works, they are not specifically equipped for young pediatric dentistry. They did refer me to one they recommended (I ended up using a local one instead). Highly recommend this Dental Office, friendly staff, excellent dentists and superior facility. You will be very impressed and satisfied from your first visit or phone call. If you need a reference when filling out your first time visit application you can put my name down if you found my review useful. Thank you. (P.S. I would name my hygienist by name because of all the ones Ive been rotated to she is my favorite but Id hate for her to be overbooked due to popular requests, you know who you are, thank you.)

I have always been gunshy about going to the dentist, especially when Im in the process of finding a new one since I move around so much. There are so many positive things to say about Hubbard and Leath! Heres a little bit about my first experience with them. 1) they have extended hours which works great for my crazy schedule 2) I always look at reviews online before going to a new dentist and I saw so many 5 star ratings and positive experiences that it encouraged me to give Hubbard and Leath a try. 3) when I called the office to set up my first appointment Natalie was very warm and welcoming on the phone, which helped make me feel calm and confident about todays visit. 4) I arrived at the office for my checkup and the waiting room was very nice and clean. There was a keurig for coffee/tea lovers, and Natalie the receptionist was cheerful and welcoming. 5) Angela took me back for my xrays and introduced herself right away. She asked me interesting questions about myself and kept up the stream of conversation effortlessly which really put me at ease. She even suggested breathing through my nose during a bite wing of my back molar to help make it less uncomfortable. 6) Dr Leath also introduced himself right away when he came into the room and took time to talk to me and listen to my concerns before looking at my chart and the xrays. He took his time explaining what the xrays showed and answered all my questions. I have receding gums and I do use sensodyne toothpaste, but he suggested rubbing a little of the toothpaste on the areas of recession after brushing to help them heal. He also covered how acids are what break enamel down which can cause cavities and we went over the pH scale and what foods were more/less acidic, including certain brands of bottled water. I even got a little helpful chart with examples of acidic foods when I left. 7) I dont remember the name of the person who scheduled my next appointment but she was very pleasant and suggested combining my cleaning and fillings into one appointment since I have limited transportation. 8) I got a little free gift for being a new patient, which I thought was really nice! Im definitely not dreading my next appointment which is saying something given my usual aversion to dentists. :)

Dr. Leath and staff are absolutely brilliant when it comes to the patient experience. I took my entire family here for our first visit a few months back and it truly felt like we were the only ones there. My 4-year-old daughter was in awe when she was given a tutorial of how all the tools and supplies worked. She didnt want to leave. They even allowed her to pick out a little goodie on the way out - a few of the ladies accompanied her to the goodie box and made the event extra special. Outside of the amazing respect and care, the office is extremely clean and elegant. They keep a tight ship - every ran very smoothly. It shows that they pay attention to every detail - including the warm washcloth with essential oils I used to wipe down after my fillings! Dr. Leath made us all feel at ease. He not only showed my family the utmost respect, but he showed it to his staff as well. This is always a great sign to look for in a practice! His genuine demeanor, gentle manner, and expertise is the reason why we will keep coming back to this dental office.

The staff is courteous and wonderful. I have a great deal of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I was terrified to try a new office. However, my first time experience was amazing! I called the office in pain to inquire about new patient procedures Kathy was so sympathetic and she did her best to get me in within the hour. The schedule was booked might I add yet and still I was able to get an emergency appt. Once I arrived I was still apprehensive about the new office but Debbie held my hand and assured me that all would be fine. Debbie was very compassionate during my treatment so I felt that I could relax a bit. Dr.Leath provided me with all the available options and gave me a choice to make the best decision for myself. Dr. Leath is very polite and professional.... great qualities when a new client is nervous! Overall I think I have found a new dentist home and I havent been in pain since my visit. Im an ecstatic new patient! Thank you for all the great work....this office is top notch!!!
