I worked for Dr. Jex for two years, but recently moved to eastern WA in February. Being someone from the inside looking out, I cant tell you how many people Dr. Jex has helped, and continues to help. Weve had patients as little as a week old to patients as old as 90! And everywhere in between. Its truly a gift to be able to witness lives being changed with chiropractic care on a daily basis. Dr. Jex is very caring and is passionate about what he does. He attends various chiropractic seminars throughout the year to better his practice, and when the office is closed, he is always one call away for patients who need an emergency adjustment. I write this review in good faith because I want to share the good news! There are thousands even millions of people who dont get adjusted because of their fear of chiropractic, or simply because they dont know. If this review can help atleast one person put their foot through the door, than I have done my chiropractic duty. So if you are looking for a life-long chiropractor, put your faith into Dr. Jex, you wont regret it!

I cannot guarantee that you will have the same results as I did but Dr Jex relieved an unbelievable amount of pain in one visit. I have seen other chiropractors for years and only Jex helped me. I had no idea how much pain I was in until I got relieved of that pain by Jex The real deal. This guy is TRUE. Sentient, aware. In response to the one star rating review regarding a Groupon, that was about the front desk or billing. Anyone with real pain knows that what is important is getting RELIEF. I was in agony for twenty years. I cannot believe I suffered so long and the RELIEF I got in so short a time.

Ive never really been to a chiropractor before they creep me out with all that back cracking and bone crushing sounds but its different when i went to Dr. Jex because he doesnt make you all nervous he talks to you about things outside of your pain or injuries which made me really relaxed and comfortable. The wait to see him was not long at all which made it even better he took me in did what he had to do then i was out of there. I would totally recommand my friends and family to go there whenever they need to get checked out.

My name is Wendy Reavis, over the past 10 years I have severely damaged my body at a well known salon & spa. I have had well over 10 L & I on the job injuries and have had to change careers. Jex is very helpful. I have had a persistent pain for months in my arm. Which I thought Chiropractors could not help at all. Jex set my arm straight and alleviated almost all of the pain right a way. No need for Sports Therapists, Jex provided me with exercises to help stop the issue and get my arm back on recovery road. Thanks Jex if you let me hug you I would! ;-)

Most Chiropractors are QUACKS. It scares the hell out of me when I go to a new one. Im thankful Dr Jex is close to where I live.Out of 20 or so Chiromaniacs that Ive been to in the past Jex is the only one who inspires no fear as I walked through the door. Accuracy is everything in Chiropractic practice and Jex never seems to miss.

Purchased a Groupon for use at this location. When I went to use it I was told that technical we shouldnt be on Groupon. The text is black and white with names and links. Not honoring your offers is a major fail in my view.
