I have been under the care of Dr.Stadnick and his team for the last few months. I was recommended to come to visit him and his team a few months ago from my attorney. This is an amazing and welcoming environment. After just getting out of an accident and everyone telling me that I was faking, Dr.Stadnick was able to see very obviously where the pain was coming from and how to resolve it. When I came in to see him my neck was very out of shape, had migraines every single night to where I would wake up and be unable to get up and go to work because I cant see, and was so difficult to sleep at night in general due to discomfort. The moment that I began treatment, I saw and felt the results, and within 2-3 weeks with appointments ranging from 2-3 times a week I was feeling SO much better. Still some progress to be made, but one thing is for sure. I would not hesitate to refer his and his teams hard work to anyone. If youre looking in to getting treatment, this is the place to be because miracles really DO happen at Vitality Spine and Rehab.

I was in a car accident on April, I was taken to St. Joseph in Tacoma and they did ct scan and they said my neck was ok whereas the pain was unbearable, I couldnt sleep, driving was very painful and my back was on fire. I visited several doctors and they said the pain can take more than two years...i couldnt believe it I felt lost and helpless until my lawyer referred me to Dr. Standik the first day we meet we talked and told me he will work with me until am able to go back to my regular routine...and yes it was true..the 1st he did x-rays and he saw the problem was my neck and the same day started working on my back and neck. And after 1hr i felt great change on my back for 6months we have worked together and my pain is gone and Dr. Standik and his team are awesome...I will still be visiting them for my regulars checkup..for they are accomodative with time and days. You guys gave me hope when i felt helpless and hopeless. Have returned to doing my regular duties and family activities.

Dr. Stadnik is the fourth chiropractor I have seen in the past two years for an ongoing spinal condition and I have been noticing considerable results. The treatments are more thorough than other offices I have visited and the records weve kept regarding changes & improvements throughout the process have been pretty meticulous. I recently started getting back into shape and have experienced far less pain and discomfort than previous forays into cross-training. I also found that I get the best results from scheduling appointments directly after massage therapy with Danielle in their offices, who can address troublesome areas and make them easier to access during adjustments. I cant express what a relief it is to see actual progress for a change and be able to chart it directly.

Dr. Stadnik was referred to me by my mother, aunt, brother and cousins about 5 years ago when I was in a car accident. I have since referred my own children to him as well. Dr. Stadnik is amazing as is his staff! I highly recommend Vitality Spine and Rehab for both chiropractics and massage!

Absolutely AWESOME guy!!! Ive been going to Stacy now for a few months. The stiffness in my neck and lower back are all but gone. Movement has drastically increased. Its sooo nice to be able to move better, easier and with less pain. Give him a try!

I used to go once a week. Then every other week and eventually got to once a month. Now Im going for maintenance the same way I go to the gym or get massages. The doc isnt trying to keep you coming unnecessarily. Nice to not be taken advantage of.

Great chiropractor! Ive known Dr. Stadnik for 12 years...Hes the headache doc. He uses gentle pressure to adjust the upper neck which has cure many headaches. Keep up the great work.
