I had an awful experience here, I walked in and waited 5 minutes to be greeted, this was my first visit here, so the first visit is usually what I base my opinion upon. A man came out and asked me if I had an appointment, I told him I did and he said "let me guess your name" and begins looking at the computer, he says my name and hands me a packet of paperwork to fill out. Instead of sitting down, I stand to fill it out, the man comes out and asks me why Im not sitting, which I find unusual, Im obviously injured, or I wouldnt be in a Chiropractic Clinic. As I am filling out all of the new patient forms, a Chiropractor comes out as he is just finishing up with a client. He begins speaking of another patient of his and his treatment. While he is speaking he keeps saying a particular curse word. I began to worry that this office does not take their work seriously. Here I am filling out new patient paperwork and he is talking like that?! I was astounded! I couldnt believe what I heard, but he kept using the same word, so I knew I didnt misunderstand what he said. I Quickly told them I didnt want to be seen there. The level of professionalism was horrifying. I will not conduct business with an office that uses offensive language and does not care about a poor reputation. If they cant handle themselves in a professional manor, were they going to care for me in a professional manor? Yikes, dont waste your time, my attorney referred me to Kelly Chiropractic, but I will do some searching and find somewhere I feel confident to provide the best possible care that doesnt make me feel uneasy.

Actually, he keeps it real and is passionate about what he does. Look at his credentials...hes the guy you want on your side, even if he says the F word in conversation with his patients. I personally appreciate that he takes his time to communicate period with his patients. Ive had surgeons speak 5 words only at appts and dont have time to listen to me briefly describe my issues, and theyre cutting into my neck. I have a lot of respect & gratitude for Dr Kelly. He does a great job both on a personal and professional level. I recommend him ALL the time.

Dr kelly took us in even though we couldnt pay him because i didnt have PIP on my insurance and the insurance company at fault would only pay a one time settlement. He truly cares. The deep tissue massages hurt really bad but thats because the need to. The dude knows his stuff. I went to a chiropractor 5 years ago and i told myself never again would i go because they are money sucking slobs who only care about makng money off of you and not actually helping your pain.

The receptionist was very rude. She acted like we were bothering her. She was texting on her phone and told us to wait while she was making a personal phone call to her son. Because of her we dont recommend this place. They need a better receptionist

Doctor Kelly is the best Chiropractor, he really is there to help not just for money but lot of emphasis on patients health and recovery did will do everything to get the client back to his normal comfortable well being.

Excellent clinic. Doug is an outstanding massage therapist and Dr. Kelly really cares and is an expert in this field. Everyone there is wonderful.
