Called in 2 wks ago to place an order for my daughters contacts. Called to ask about status on contacts. They said that I never placed an order. Person that answered the phone "Angel" was reading the notes on my daughters account first saying, "...called to place an order" and then she retracted and said that it read "...called and wanted to place an order". Why would I call saying that I wanted to place an order for contacts and not place an order. Then I was told that my daughters prescription had expired. She needed her contacts for an important event this Saturday. Never going back here again. UPDATE: Angel contacted me and we were able to place an order for my daughter. I really appreciate your follow up.

Ive been having problems with my eyes for many years and finally my husband convinced me to go in and see Dr. Kuo. Im very pleased with all the staff working at Oceanclear Eyecare. Theyre very professional and friendly. Dr. Kuo is not only beautiful but very intelligent. She was able to diagnose why I was getting dizzy with my prior glasses and took the time to ensure I got new glasses with the correct prescription. I definitely recommend Oceanclear Eyecare to anyone who is looking for a good optical clinic.

I have been purchasing from this store for the last couple of years and this time the customer service was horrible. Due to their timing we ended up being 10 mins late and the kind of response to questions is so rude. for a small boutique eye care store you expect people to answer patiently when you are buying expensive frames. I am sorry but you lost a customer for good. The doctor and owner of the store are very good but just their sales people made me give them a one star.

They have been able to squeeze me into their schedule twice now. Front staff is very friendly and willing to work with my hectic schedule. The doctor is articulate and doesnt rush you! Little toys to occupy kids, near other shopping, super clean and modern office. Love this place and will keep coming back for sure.

Very poor customer service. Quoted that my daughter’s glasses were fully covered, later billed me for charges. When asked pointed me their fine print.
