My experience with Dr. French has been terrible. Dr. French put me on a hormonal cream that I took for five months and all the symptoms of hot flashes with total insomnia followed. When I contacted her, I only got to speak to the nurse who said Dr. French wanted me to stay on it for another month. I told them - please put me on the old regiment, if I have to wait another month I might just kill myself. I couldnt function as I NEVER slept. I took it upon myself to go to another Dr who gave me HRT in a pill form (my old regiment) and I have started sleeping again and I feel like my old self. Dr. French needs to listen to her patience better and not treat this hormonal cream as if it was a religion! I am very disappointed to say the least! I just dont want anyone going through what I went through! It was HORRIBLE! I felt the withdrawal as if I had been an addict! Please be careful and always listen to your gut!

Dr. Amber French saved me! I had some surgeries that put me in early menopause in my late 40s. I was never the same, hot flashes, no concentration, no energy, paranoid. I had been put on the typical pill prescriptions (that are horrible for you) by a different doctor in a different practice. No help after way over a year or more. Dr. French started me on a personalized bio-identical cream after a saliva test. In the second month my concentration was coming back and I came out of the fog!!!! I was ME again!!! The other symptoms are much much better also. I have been using the cream for over 5 years now and will never go without it for as long as I live. Highly recommend Dr. Frenchs services.

I looked for two years to find a doctor that would not give me the usual synthetic drugs for my post change of life problems. Dr. French gave me some bio-identical hormones and I have been better than I have in two years. She listened to what I had already been prescribed and the other problems such as thyroid removal, and she was really helpful. I like her professional manner, not warm and cuddly, but straight forward. She is great for me.

Dr. French has cold, snubbing bedside manner. When I came in for vaginal pain she diagnosed me and stated ," Nuns do not get this disease." I was so offended she would make a judgmental comment like that to someone she barely knew and did not care to get to know. After that visit I found another doctor. The Crown Mountain Womens Health practice does have warm and thoughtful individuals working there, but Dr. French is not one of them.

I have gone to Dr. French for more than a decade and have found her to be doctor that comes in and listens. She has handled 2 surgeries for me that both had serious complications and she brought me through. I like that she does not take a "theres a pill for that" approach to being my doctor. I especially like that she is now a part of Northeast GA Medical System. I highly recommend her.
