Steer clear! This is NOT a reputable practice. My insurance company assigned me to this practice for primary care. In the couple of years I was a client there, I was able to see the doctor exactly ZERO times. When I wanted an appointment, the best they could do was schedule me to see whatever 25-year-old, just graduated, and barely educated Nurse Practitioner happened to be working there that month, which changed all the time. After multiple appts with the same Nurse Practitioner for a fairly common problem (inflammation in a joint) with NO resolution, I decided to see a specialist and requested a hard copy of my medical records to present to him. Dr. Keatings office charged me for each page of my records, which was fine with me, but when I went to pick them up, the secretary handed me a c.d. rather than the hard copy I requested and paid for. When I brought it to the office managers attention, she refused to make it right, insisting that Dr. Keating doesnt like to waste money on "ink and paper", and "its his business" and she was "just following his orders". Even when I showed her the receipt where I was charged per page for a hard copy (and Georgia law regarding medical records), she refused to refund my money OR provide the records I payed for. Dr. Keating did finally make the secretary print and release a hard copy to me, but ONLY after I caused a scene and threatened to sue...and only after having to reschedule my appt with the specialist (who incidentally was able to treat the problem immediately with a steroid shot). While there are a couple of great LPNs and the front desk secretary is kind, the rest of the staff is extremely unprofessional and/or incompetent. If you have ANY other option for healthcare, do yourself and family a favor and bypass this practice.

I disagree completely with the previous three reviews.. Ive been going to Keatings office for several years now and have found them to be excellent. I dont have any chronic conditions and therefore only go infrequently, but when I have gone, both Dr. Keating and Dr. Taylor have been excellent. At no time have I felt rushed or as if my case/care was secondary to something else (something I have felt on many occasions elsewhere) - and more importantly, both Keating and Taylor excel at being truly friendly as opposed to the fake friendly most doctors are.

Ive been going to Keatings office since I moved here when I was 13 years old, I am now 24. I now drive all the way from Atlanta when I need to see a doctor because EVERYONE in Keatings office is phenomenal. Long wait times, but I never feel rushed during my appt. Ive seen everyone in the office from Dr. Keating, to his wonderful PA Meredith, to another male doctor who I cant remember his name but stitched me up and had the nurse wash my hair when I split my scalp open. I am always so well taken care of, and the staff always go above and beyond.

I have tried a handful of doctors in the area. Dr. Keatings office is THE best. Sometimes you have to wait longer than expected but seriously, what doctors office is prompt? Dr. Keating and Dr. Tatum are excellent!!!!! Excellent service. Very professional and great bedside manner. They dont just try and see you and get you out the door. They sit and listen as if youre their only client. If that means a little longer wait time, Ill take it. They are very, very thorough. I love them.

I have been going to Dr.Keating for many years and yes you do have to wait, but its worth it as he gives you all the time you need. His diagnosis are right on and he really cares about his patients.

Yes I went there one time and had to wait two hours from the time I was scheduled to see the Doctor just too get an ongoing prescription refilled.

Might want to keep looking for a Better Doctor. Seems this place is all about the money. Low level of customer care.
