I got there at about 9 oclock in the morning and the place was already packed. I signed in and then had to wait about 10 minutes before they even called me up to the front because there were so many people already there and that was just to check in. there were not enough seats for everyone waiting. When the woman at the front desk finally called me up to check me in she was very rude tossed my license back at me and misspelled my name on my paper work. After waiting for an hour I was finally called back and was brought straight back to her room where is other people who were called back were still sitting and waiting in the back. The woman asked my name and realize it was wrong on the paperwork, I figured she was just changing it on the paperwork and then would tell me to sit down in the back. Instead she told me that she cant draw my blood while Im standing. She never told me to have a seat or anything like that. Needless to say I will not be back to this location ever again and these people need to think about a career change if they hate working with people so much.
They were fast .. I have to give them that the reason for me disliking this place is .. Normally in a place of business even though there is a sign on the wall that says appointments or walk in sign in .. When I walked in nobody even acknowledged that I was there or even looked up one of the other people there waiting on their appointments had to tell me that I had to sign in .. So the customer service is extremely lacking .. The guy who took my blood being I was having blood drawn his stomach was pushing against my arm making it bent when he had the needle in my arm every time he shoved a different vile on my arm it hurt really bad .. Now my whole entire arm hurts in my muscle an inch away from where he stuck a needle in probably because my arm was bent either way I will never go to this location again if you are choosing this location or the one on river crossing go to the one on river crossing you will love those people at Quest do not go to the one on 19 ..
One time, they "lost my class "B" CDL drivers license. They could not find it, they told me to go home, that they would call me when they find it! Yeah, Im going to drive home without a drivers license. Assholes! The very next time I went there, they gave my HUMANA card to SOMEONE ELSE!!!! My whole medical insurance information on that card!!! The guy that had it left the building!!! Again, they told me to go home, and they would call me when the guy came back to give them the card back!!! They laughed at me when I told them that I have to cancel my card and get a new account!!! I went home and immediately called Humana, and told them what happened, and they wrote them up, and put my account on watch for the next six months!!!
I went in there yesterday to get blood work done. There were 3 people behind the desk. Two were so nasty. I couldnt help overhearing the way they were talking to other customers. Then i went up and I asked a simple question and the one with the frizzy blonde hair almost bit my head off. The older woman with the short white hair was like a drill sergeant. There was one nice woman I noticed behind the counter. But the other two should not be dealing with the public. Rude is an understatement. Horrible customer service. Not a pleasant experience. Need to call my insurance and find out if there is another lab I can go to. I wouldnt want to go back there. Totally unprofessional.
Have been going here every 8 weeks for 3 years for recurrent labs. Gave the script to clerk for the next 6 months at last visit and when returned today, I was told they did not have script. The clerk tried to say I had never brought it there and then proceeded to tell me there were no records at all of the prior labs I had done by this doctor. Scary that a medical service could provide services and test results every 8 weeks for 3 years and then have "no records". They refused to call my dr to obtain the script they had lost and told me I had to obtain a new script from the doctor myself. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
My husband went to drop urine sample off..Guy up front was, somewhat nasty & said "Sign in & take a chair..well it was packed, no chairs & he has appt with Dr the next day, so now we wont know results..He had a dentist appt, in 15 mins..So he just left.. Its ridiculous that there is no lock box for specimens..!! . I go next month & making appt. With that joke automated service..If treated rudely, as I cannot stand for very long...due to health problems.. I will call appropriate people to handle this..!!! Guess Ill wait & see..!!!
I do not like this place at all just left there As the oldest lady that sits at the front desk is so mean and nasty always arguing with customers this is not the first time she done that but it will be the last time she treats me like that cause next time I will request supervisor and let them know how rude she is. Her attitude is terrible and to be honest there are 2 ladies that make that place not worth going to.Im switching labs.
Clean and very friendly.. Had to go 3 times in one month the phlebotomist was the sweetest person. Was there to check for very scarey test results and im scared to death of needles. I was shaking they took my blood so fast and efficiently that i barely felt it and made me feel like i could except whatever the results might have been. I just feel bad i did not get there names. Love this place.
Made an appt. online and got there on time. A rude employee male then said that my name wasnt in the system, questioning if I actually made the appt or if I made up. The other lady seating by the jerks side said that we dont need appointments anyways. They suck. Instead of saying that it was an error in the system for not capturing the appt. wanted to make me look like a lier.
The lady working up front that checked me in was very kind. Juan, the phlebotomist, was amazing! He helped to ease my fears and was very patient with me. Lets be honest, nobody enjoys getting blood work and having tests done. Juan made a not so pleasant experience a bit more pleasant. He put a smile on my face and I left feeling a lot better than when I first arrived.
Went in for a pre-employment drug screening. It was very busy, and each waiting room was quite full. Standing room only at some times. Waited for 40 minutes or so altogether. Theres no public WiFi. Staff however was very nice, though they seemed a little overwhelmed. Everyone I interacted with was personable.
I agree with both of you. The photo and the place it takes you to is a Drs office, not Quest. Although, the actual address on US HWY 19 is correct for Quest Diag. And the phone number is also correct. It is a good clean place and the people are friendly :-). I wish there was a way to get Google to fix it!!??
