Dr. Asby is a good doctor. I Community Health Center is not. They do not answer the phone ! It takes them two to three days to call you back to make an appointment. They have a recording on the phone that you can walk in to any office and be seen by a doctor, I went in they would not see me. My Dr. sent in a prescription to Walmart she did not say it was for ear drops, i had to drive to the office to ask them to correct it. The next day it still was not done.I called administration they connected me with the office and of course they did not answer the phone I left a message. Istill do not have my meds. It is very important to be able to contact a drs.office if u r sick. I have changed my primary doctor. Up date. I just called the referral phone line, I was on hold for 15 min. then some one answered asked me to hold.I held on for another 15 min. and heard a click they hung up on me.It is to bad because I do like Dr. Ashby and this is not a reflection on her. iwent in they would not take me.

This place stinks! I needed a stat ultrasound for a possible blood clot and they took 2 days to issue it, and when they did, it did not say "Stat" and was for the wrong limb. Naturally, the radiology group wanted to schedule it for 2 weeks from now. They have centralized referrals, which means you get caught in the bottle neck. It has taken 5 phone calls, in-person visit, and a lot of calling back and forth by myself and the specialist in order to get a referral. I had to reschedule a visit 3 times since it took 4 weeks to issue the referral. They dont answer their phones and are very short staffed, so if the doctor gets sick or has something to do, you are simply not seen.

Love love love this place! The entire staff is amazing and the doctors are extremely caring and make sure that your needs are met. I travel all the way from St. Pete to this office even though there is one ten minutes from my house. My kids actually look forward to seeing their doctor and her staff. It is obvious that they care about kids. My doctor is here too.... She is amazing. I never had a problem getting prescriptions or my questions answered like some other people complained about. Everytime I come in there is a different person arguing with the staff about somethng that is out of their control. Give respect to get respect... Good motto to live by.

they give very strong medicine to my child he was get red spot all over his body and we went to tampa hospital all nite nightmare we had a very bad days all week my child was very bad after doctor give us strong medicine and then she telling me how to get tampa hospital we lost money and strees the doctor there they trying to test your child which medicine good or bad its look like.they do practice on your child and learning and then you pay the price...!!! please never get new doctor always ask how many years experince they have ..try diffrent place or if they have exprince doctor....

This place is horrible. The one female doctor doesnt take time to assess her patients she automatically sterio type you assuming you want drugs for pain she never performed a assessment on me to see or feel were im hurting never give u time to voice your concerns always assuming not knowing this place suck and the service sucks the customer service line is always scheduling the wrong appointment which means their not training their staff dont come hear new port richey is a drug area so if your really in need for medication go to tampa

Dr Ashby is a great doctor. This place Community health center is horrible. Ive never had so many problems with front desk people before, besides being rude, Ive called in and made an appointment only to find out the next day that the girl didnt actually make me an appointment so what was she doing then, not her job apparently. Dont expect any help from these people. I dont want to but I might switch doctors because of the horrible service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Great place. Dr. Lopez is very nice. We werent there very long, but we also had an appointment for early morning. Seemed clean. staff wasnt as friendly as youd expect, but they were most definitely not rude. Wish they had more toys, or childrens decor for the young ones.

They dont practice real medicine. All theyll do is send you to specialists when they could do things in house. The ARNP lost my confidence after one visit, working in a medical lab I had to tell her the blood work needed for my symptoms. .

I am completely satisfied with my experience at this health center. Dr. Malone is very caring and thorough. I finally feel like I have an excellent health care provider! The check in staff is great too.

Pediatric Doctor is so thorough and trustworthy. Staff can be difficult at times tough. Also, you cannot call directly. You must call the main branch which is not very efficient.
