Terrible and psycho. Office of a psychiatrist - they use one spare room. (NO DOCTOR IS ONSITE OR SUPERVISING AS IS SUPPOSED TO BE.) Went for laser hair removal. Woman who dealt with me was literally psycho. She didnt talk like a human. Responded like a robot. It was not a normal human interaction. I normally go to a real doctor, to whom Ive since returned. Ive had laser treatment before; their machine was pathetic. You can generally see shedding by day 10 - again, Ive had experience - I saw zero results, zero shedding, and 100% regrowth immediately after and for the month following. I returned and inquired/complained and she was again, like a robot. Blankly staring at me and would ignore my actual question and rather respond as if she was using memorized lines from a selling script "You can review our brochure to see if there are more services youd like to buy." Completely odd, or low IQ, or psychopathic. Something normal missing there. Bizarre.

I hate giving bad reviews but this is necessary. I purchased 6 treatments for a full Brazilian. Ashley did the first five sessions and was always telling me " oh you wont see the results until the 5th or 6th treatment" " dont worry" . Well I am more than disappointed with my results AND the money my husband spent as a gift. I am still very hairy and still shaving. Laura did my final session and was much more thorough and explained that it wasnt being done right and then offered me a slightly discounted price on another 6 treatments. I said Id think about it, but honestly I am VERY dissatisfied and feel like health and med spa should pay to have it done correctly seeing Ashley was just trying to get more money out of me the whole time. And then come to find out the reason Pair was there to do my last session is because Ashley was on drugs, driving,and killed a pedestrian.

This was my first encounter with laser hair removal and I was apprehensive about it, but I have had 2 of my 6 laser hair removal treatments for my underarm and bikini area and am highly pleased with the results I am seeing after only 2 treatments!!! I typically have to shave my underarms 2-3 times a week, and am down to almost once a week at this point (after only 2 treatments!) Laura is AMAZING and makes you feel completely comfortable and even showed me a trick when she is doing the more sensitive areas to help lessen the feeling which works great. I highly recommend Laura and Health Med Spa!!!

Just had my first laser hair removal appt with Ashley. I had to register as a new patient, then waited about 5 minutes in the lobby. Ashley came out and greeted me warmly as she took me back to the treatment room. She thoroughly explained the process and the equipment, asking if I had any questions. I was completely at ease and look forward to all future visits. I also appreciated not feeling pressured to purchase other services.

Absolutely worst place ever. Each and every appointment you will be waiting hours. This is bottom of the barrel. Youll wait hours to have a student ask you dumb intern questions and never see an actual doctor. This is a typical low income scam type of place that just sucks money out of insurance companies. You been warned. Go anywhere besides here or youll see for yourself. Absolutely horrible! !!!!!

I have been to the Health & MedSpa on 3 different occasions and I had a great experience with each visit. I had the HydraFacial and 2 treatments of the Laser Hair Removal and I can say it works! Han is very professional and good at what she does. Prior to my HydraFacial she explained in detail what she was going to do. I was very comfortable and so relaxed…! Very clean and professional. The office is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and managed. All of the staff members I encountered during my visit were very considerate & professional! Went to the MedSpa today and received a hydrafacial, it was the best experience I have ever had. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone who wants hydrafacial or teeth whitening to go to this spa and to also check out their laser hair removal specials.
