Allow me to be the first to say that this is the LAST place you want to go if you have anything that needs to be attended to regarding your health an well-being. Not only are you not given an appointment, seen, or referred to a specialist in a timely (or reasonable) manner, but the incompetent and frankly ignorant staff make it impossible to trust that they will follow through with their promises. EVER. The convoluted way that they run their practice (including sending you to a third party for prescriptions, x-rays, and frankly everything that a capable doctors office is already equipped to handle) leave one to ponder what their purpose is at all? What have you done except wasted the trusting publics time? A suggestion for this "healthcare organization" would be; hire a competent staff. Get rid of your current office manager and front-office team, as the ones you have dont have the customer service skills of a group of trained apes. I can name 10 people off the top of my head who would do their jobs better, including a friend of mine who is mentally handicapped. Seriously. If you want to be treated for health issues or concerns, please, do yourself a favor and give a homeless man a five spot for an examination. I guarantee you, he would be more thorough and helpful.

SCARY! Dont go here. BAD Pain on the left side of my abdomine for last 8 months. They finally order a CT scan and the refferals took 48 days...? The results came in (totally normal the Nurse called and said) Funny thing is I already picked up a copy 2 weeks ago and I have a hurnia on top of 2 other ailments. How the hell is that normal? RUN From this place. If you cant afford a walk in clinic try good Samaritan or the health bus but whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE

Not answering phone calls, staff are not professional , they give you the attitude that they dont care about anything you are saying !! If you have a Dr. APP you Wil probably need to take a day off because you will spend the whole day before they let you in no matter what your appointment time ..although the Dr. is good but the medical center is horrible & unorganized.. so disappointed

My wife waited 2 months for an appointment here. She finally got in. The doctor never even saw her. A nurse saw her for 2 minutes. They did not give her anything. No prescription for pain. NOTHING. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE.
