If I could give this place no stars a would... I called in due to a filling coming out unexpectedly. I am also pregnant. They were happy to get me in in the morning when I called. Driving 20 miles away, this is no easy feat, so I was looking forward to getting some work done today, so I could focus on my pregnancy and not have to worry about my tooth hurting. Once I got in, the girl who looked to be my age, didnt walk, speak, nothing. It was very uncomfortable, since I like to have a conversation to put me at ease. After xrays, she went and got the "dentist". This took a bit of time, and they left me alone not knowing what was going on. Dr. Ansari came in, dressed casually, no white dentist uniform at all, something that I thought was very unprofessional. She could barely speak any english and I consistently had to re-ask her what she was saying. After I laid down, she stuck her instrument in my mouth, stabbing my gums multiple times after she kept saying sorry. She then sat me back up and began to explain to me that I needed a root canal. First off, she has no idea that I am well aware of my dental history and what needs to be done. Secondly, shes suggesting a very expensive procedure that doesnt need to be discussed, especially when Im pregnant. Its not okay to assume that your patients are ignorant or stupid. And I felt exactly that way. I had to get up to use the restroom again, which was all the way out in the waiting room, had to grab a key, walk 3 steps and do my thing. Then, after, I had to wait for someone to unlock the door to get back to my seat. Once I got back and laid back down, Dr. Ansari told me that unfortunately theyd have to stop what they were doing because their next patient was there... REALLY?!? Her assistant, walked me out of the room and told me that I would have to wait maybe 20 minutes to be seen, if they could squeeze me in. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY AS A PATIENT BEFORE. She smiled, turned and closed the door. They actually wanted me to wait around, while another patient got their turn, AFTER THEY SCHEDULED ME!!!! I went and got something to eat and came back. They said they would schedule me in 7 days! 7 DAYS! I talked to the "office manager" and she said that that was the best she could do. I am never coming back to this location again. Horrible service, they dont know how to schedule appointments, and DR. ANSARI and her assistant are being rude and have no idea how to treat theyre patients. I am going to a different dentist - MY ADIVICE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Great staff. The front office works to get you in asap while also ensuring your insurance will cover procedures before they are performed. The dentists and technicians are adept and soothing. This is a nitrous free office and yet I had no problems sitting through multiple visits despite my dental phobia. They ask, listen, make a plan, and follow through. Taking into consideration my pregnancy, the office did all they could to get the needed work done before the third trimester, finding time for numerous appointments within a three month span, thus saving my teeth from costlier repair later on.

Ive gone to the Arrow Dental Clinic four times and every time has been a great experience. I typically avoid all things "dental" (and who doesnt) but Dr. Ansari and her assistant Nona are the best. Virtually no pain for any of my fillings.

This is a great dental office with modern equipment, accepting a number of health plans, including Trilium. For some reason, not too many people know that, so there is less waiting time and more individualized service.
