My Boyfriend was having some severe tooth pain, so we went to the emergency dental clinic early in the morning. They looked him over, and found out we needed to go to an oral surgeon because they really couldnt touch what was wrong. I was having issues getting the appointment set up with the oral surgeon and needed to call back and forth between the two because someone had misinformation. After I called White Bird the second time, the receptionist told me that she would call the oral surgeon and they would get it sorted out. Later that day, I get a call from the oral surgeon letting me know they had gotten everything sorted out and I could now schedule an appointment. It was so kind of her to take over the situation so I didnt have to keep playing the relay game since they were both saying the other was incorrect. While we were there, the staff was super polite and answered any questions my boyfriend and I had without seeming as though it was an inconvenience to them. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I havent been able to afford dental care for about 20 years being a single mother every penny I earned went to suporting my three wonderful children. Ive always made just over what the state allows to qualify for any health or dental insurance. I just wanted to say that they didnt make me feel bad for not seeing a dentist all these years. Ive never had a tooth pulled before...I was scared. I was worried over nothing. They care!!! I am going to go back and have the rest of my teeth fixed. The dentist was so good..she actually asked me what I wanted her to do, not what would make them the most money. AMAZING PLACE & STAFF!!!!

The people are nice here but unhelpful. Probably because the doctor isnt sitting here at 2am bawling her eyes out praying for death so she doesnt care. Its exhausting watching people fake things to get high but those who are really suffering are sent on their way.
