This place is the biggest scam. I brought my dog here to get his tooth taken out after taking him in for a consultation and being told he needed it removed. They took my dog at 7:30am and said they would call when they were putting him to sleep. Almost 5 hours later they put my dog to sleep and gave me a 30-minute window to answer their phone calls for another consultation while he was sedated. I was in a work meeting and was not able to call them back ASAP as they had asked 6 times (they called every 5 minutes frim 2:15 to 2:45 threatening me that if I didnt call back they werent going to be able to perform the surgery I had asked them to do), so they woke my dog up without taking the tooth out saying the vet (different then the vet that said we needed the tooth out) decided that that tooth wasnt a priority to remove and since they didnt have my permission to take the tooth out they didnt do anything. They still said, after me fighting that they did not perform what I had asked for, even when I gave them permission when I made the appointment, again when I confirmed the appointment, and again when I brought him in that morning and reiterated that I was there for a tooth extraction only not a cleaning or rabies shots or all the things they were trying to upsell me on, that they are charging me for the full sedation and cleaning that they decided to do without my permission (even tho the only thing I gave them permission to do was to take out the tooth , which they did not do at all). Then they threaten to take me to collections if I did not pay them for the service that they provided to me, even though I did not ask for them to do that service. The only resolution they gave me was to sign up for their Wellness Plan and pay $45 a month for the next 12 months, so they could cover the cost of the dental cleaning that they decided to do without my permission. So their solution was give them $540 over a year period of time or pay them the $300 right now. Do not go to this place it is a giant waste of your money and a big scam! They are not doctors they are sales people with no concern for you or your animals.

This place is BY FAR THE WORST place you can take your pet. I feel taken advantage of and I feel the vet was trying to just make money off of me. I brought my baby in for EXCESSIVE diarrhea and a mild case of vomit (she threw up once). They took all tests, and in the end the treatment plan included fluids (agreed), pain Meds (disagree) she didnt seem to be in any pain. I explained that to the vet the shes up wagging her tail running around and unltimately I was pressured into getting the pain meds which caused and increase in heart rate elevation and she was drooling and panting and breathing extremely hard. I called to see what was up with that and the vet encouraged me to continue the pain Med. (Which I didnt) so they basically hustled me for 50$ on that. And also an antacid for vomiting (diaagree) she threw up once. Her main issue was diarrhea. And lastly a bland diet (agreed). I was told to come back the next day, which they charged me another exam fee? Ludicrous. Just ludicrous. Robbery if you ask me. They sold me 7 packets of probiotics for 19.00$. I looked online the entire box of 30 is $19.00. The entire trip cost me 370$. Money isnt the issue, the fact that they hustled me is. The well being of my dog is my concern. And they didnt have her in mind. They had "how much money can we get out of her in mind". Needless to say I had ZERO trust that these people had any clue as to what they were doing and still felt highly concerned for my baby. So I took her to her reg vet who was APPALLED THAT they did NOTHING to treat her diarrhea. He did a stool sample and saw elevated bacteria and gave me an intestinal antibx and a stool hardener and said to keep her on a bland diet.

The other day my dog had weird growths growing inside her mouth and I wanted to get them checked out so I decided to go to Banfield. The Vet assistant was fantastic, he asked questions and actually looked inside of her mouth. When the Vet came in he BROUGHT IN A TEXT BOOK AND TOLD ME TO READ ABOUT IT!! Didnt explain anything and didnt even look in her mouth!! After that the Vet told me she was fine and was trying to get me out of the room while the assistant was trying to interrupt him to give me information and tell me what to do. He was way more educated, professional and concerned than the actual "Veterinarian" was. I was completely baffled by his lack of knowledge and carelessness. That was the absolute last time I will ever set foot in there.

Horrible service! They try to sell you everything rather then care for your pet. There is no proper education regarding services they give, they are rude when they call. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. If you care about your pet and would like to have a good experience dont come here!!!! They dont know how to answer your questions here which leads me to believe hey dont know what they are doing. As soon as I get my puppys shots done Im out of here!!!!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID they straight up lie to your face and overcharge you every chance they get! Find a different vet! Trust me i PROMISE you! Unless u have unlimited money u dont care about spending, do NOT go here.
